what does it mean when people call other people babe or baby or hun or hunny????? because i'm verry Confused. and my friend has been Callening me thoes words alot on the phone. and i just want to know what it means. does it mean that she likes me the other way????????

I am 45 and she nad her mom ( my sister) moved away 2 years ago. she came back to see her friends and to save on a hotel bill she stayied at my house. At two in the morning she came back giggleing and tipsy and went to bed I stayed watching T.V about half a hour later I heard a crash in the bathroom I whent to investigate and she had fallen I helpped her up and across to her room. as I sat her on her bed she reached out and put her hand in my trousers and held my penis. I naturally became erect and after I got over the shock I laid her down and left the room I had to "see to myself" the next morning none of us mentioned the event but she has asked if she can return next month as she is attending her best friends birthday party. I have been thinking about her ever since she returned home, should I let her come back or mske up sn excuse and keep us apart.

I see a lot of cute boys who are with slutty girls or nerdy girls... but they don't give me a chance... When I go out, they always stare at me up and down, some have the courage to compliment me saying I look pretty/beautiful, but they would quickly leave after... and would do some other weird things... There's no boys who approach me... at all... I wear fancy clothes, jeans and heels. I'm really nice and I don't get mean at people even if the person's not my type, I wouldn't embarrass them like a lot of girls do. But they never give me a chance... I live in NYC and I'm 18... What can I do? Where can I go?

I received a text last night and after a short text convo and a 3hr telephone call. I'm curious as to what to do.

The love is still very much there and eventhough its been 4 months of hurt, I think it might be worth it.

Obviously we'd need to talk about what went wrong and we've agreed to do that already but I'd like to hear some serious thoughts and experiences about similar scenarios.

(For the record, she broke up with me as she was unsure what she wanted, it seems she desperately wants me back)

been with bf for almost 3 years. he's 29-never married, i'm 28 w/3 little girls part-time. he's sees the kids about once a week.

we've had our issues (i have pmdd-takes meds now and saw a counselor for a while. he's never been married or lived w/a girlfriend). we've fought hard to work out our issues on our own b/c we love each other but decided to seek help of counselor.

saw her today-meeting went pretty well. she asked us what needed to change for us to work-he said for us to stop arguing over little things. then she asked him where he thought we were headed-his answer was goal is to live together and get married but he sometimes feels like i'm pushing him to go faster than he's ready to go.

he loves me and the kids-no mistake about that. but he says he wants to make sure we don't fight anymore (like bad fights-little ones are ok and will happen-he knows that) so we don't fall apart in the future.

we've known each other for 8 years - way before he was married and it has been on and off since then. we can't even be in the same room as each other without something happening - the chemistry is like nothing else I've ever experienced. up until last night it was just texting but now it's moved on. There are two women I used to work with. One I've been trying to get with for years (I'll call her Anne), the other apparently has a thing for me (I'll call her Mary.)

Anne told me about Mary's crush on me a while back, thinking that I already knew. (It was a complicated situation but the short version is that Anne thought I being mean to Mary.)

Well, Anne came to me yesterday and told me that Mary's getting weird with her. Mary knows that Anne and I sometimes go places together, and she's been grilling Anne about where she's going after work and who with. (She's just hanging out with her female friends.) Anne also says that she gets mad when I call her at work (we're all with the same company, just different departments) to ask her something and don't ask to speak to Mary. Mary also told Anne that Mary and I "hang out sometimes" but that's always been with coworkers.

Anne seems pretty freaked out since Mary's her manager. What should I do?

We are both working in the same office. I feel that nobody in the office likes him. He always complaint about some petty things, about work and employees. When he complains about some employees, he ends up picking a fight with them. Also, he tells things without thinking first if what he says would hurt others. I know, as his wife, I should understand him but I am slowly loosing patience on him. He is such a negative person and cannot take a joke. What should I do? I am afraid that with his attitude, our marriage will suffer.

we met at her work more than a month ago i really like her but i had seconds thoughts at first coz she's turning 20 and im 28 but we really clicked so what... and now we're good friends.

we went out once and we had a breaktime together (twice isnt it?)... basically we only spent a little amount of time together due to work constraints but we always communicate via cellphone (text messages and the like) and she initiates that most of the time

i havent really ask her about relationships but i always cut in some lines whenever we talk, so she knows that i like her even though i havent said it directly...

it bothers me too when she doesnt answer some of my questions regarding going out...

i dont know if i should tell her now or if i should wait because ive read many topics here that says if you like a girl go tell her bcoz that's what girls like.i think she likes me but she doesnt want to let me in her life that quickly.

my bf and i have been together for almost 3 years now. we've had our issues (i have pmdd-see a counselor and take meds for it. he has issues being that he's been a bachelor for almost 6 years before meeting me). i'm 28 w/3 little girls i care for part-time and he's 29 never married, no kids.

we saw my counselor today to see if we can work through some of our issues. the meeting was overall good but some of his anwers scared me a bit...

when she asked where he saw this relationship going-he said living together and married eventually was the goal (that was his exact answer) but it couldnt be rushed. he wasn't ready he stated. he said he felt that i was pushing him to go faster than he was ready for.

then he stated that my kids are a worry b/c he's not sure what life w/them will be like. he loves my kids and sees them about once a week now.

we set up an agreement that if we don't fight for 3 months, then we would do more things together as a family..

Basically, there's a girl who was friend's with my boyfriend when they were teenagers and they fancied each other, her more than him. I think they had a little thing going on, just kissing but not actually in a relationship or anything else. Anyway, she came out with us and our friends the other night - she was invited out the other night by my friend who was also friends with them at the time. She didn't talk to me at all and I felt really uncomfortable and later found out from another friend that she said she felt weird around me and talking to me. I don't get this as my boyfriend kissed loads of girls at that age, girls I'm friends with now and they've never felt uncomfortable with me as it was just something everyone did. It's not like they had a relationship and it was a few years ago. I just don't like feeling awkward and she will be coming out with us now. Anyone got any answers?

So....my boyfriend and I (of 3 years) have 2 mutual friends who just had their engagement party a couple months back. I couldn't actually go b/c I was ill...blah blah... he went!

So...last week, I was on his computer and I saw a photo album that was titled their engagement. Naturally, since I couldn't go ...I looked at the pics instead! duh! well, he got a little choked up and said, "don't freak out but my good girlfriend and i were just joking around in a few of these photos" so i was like ok...and i saw 2 pictures that were a bit distasteful.
