I am 45 and she nad her mom ( my sister) moved away 2 years ago. she came back to see her friends and to save on a hotel bill she stayied at my house. At two in the morning she came back giggleing and tipsy and went to bed I stayed watching T.V about half a hour later I heard a crash in the bathroom I whent to investigate and she had fallen I helpped her up and across to her room. as I sat her on her bed she reached out and put her hand in my trousers and held my penis. I naturally became erect and after I got over the shock I laid her down and left the room I had to "see to myself" the next morning none of us mentioned the event but she has asked if she can return next month as she is attending her best friends birthday party. I have been thinking about her ever since she returned home, should I let her come back or mske up sn excuse and keep us apart.

Keep her away from you, if only for your own safety. There is a chance that she could have just been drunk, but there is also a chance that she knew perfectly well what she was doing & is going to try for sex next time she comes down.
If she were to come down & expect sex & you were to tell her no, what's to stop her from telling your sister that you molested or raped her? Shoot, she could tell her that even if you did weaken & do her.
I would also tell your sister. Tell her that while you are 101% sure that it was a drunken accident on her daughter's part (leave out the erection part), you feel that it is in her best interests that she not stay at your house because you don't want her doing it again. Play it off as a "ha ha, how funny" type of scenario, but make sure she hears it from you first. If she hears it from her daughter it'll be because your niece is trying to hurt you for whatever reasons or because she felt that you took advantage of her while she was drunk.
This way she can talk to her daughter & if it ended up that she was genuinely drunk & that was the only reason she did it, it will make her think twice about her actions while she was drunk.

I, as the mother of girls that age, am finding it very hard to believe that she would come into town to see her g/f's but yet stay with you, her uncle. I find it even harder to believe that she's coming into town for her best friends birthday party, yet she's choosing to stay with you, her uncle. On the off chance that this is true, I would advise that you tell her that's not going to work out for you(you don't have to provide an excuse) and suggest she stay with her g/f's. Again, if this actually happened, at 26 and drunk enough to not be able to stand up, she probably thought you were just some guy she picked up. You may have become erect, but you sure didn't have to "see to yourself". Men don't "see to theirselves" every time their penis reacts to something, especially when that something is simply the hand of their own niece.

She was drunk. You were sober? Don't take this for what it is NOT! She probably does not even remember what happened! You are her uncle, act like it! You can't keep your niece away from you because you think it is okay for you to have the hots for her. If you let her stay with you again, go to bed, by yourself. You don't have to be up when she comes in, she's old enough to take care of herself. If she falls again, leave her until morning, when she is sober! The fact that you are even asking this question just lets me know that you want to have sex with your niece and you are waiting for someone to say it is okay. It is not okay to have sex with your niece!!!!!!

tell her that she needs not to go overdose with the drinking...cuz she only put her hand in your trousers because she was drunk...just tell her what happened or tell her not to be all drunk cuz you dont want to have to put up with it. she needs to respect you and living in your household....so set down ground rules...she's younger than you by a lot. and not to mention if anyone found out you can go to jail for sexual assault. somebody could say that you made her put her hand in your trousers. just good luck iight.

Tell her if it is to go to church with you yes anytime.If it is to go out and get drunk,come in at 2-5 A.M. ,fall in your bathroom and grab your privates again, then NO WAY!
