she couldn't have been much of a friend if by accident you have upset her over something silly. if you worry try and talk to a councillor or somebody to try and alleviate what is bothering you. If this friend cannot realise that whatever you did wasn't intentional then quite honestly you do not need a friend like this. Make new friends and move on.

Without knowing what exactly you did, it's kinda hard to tell you. My best guess would be to apologize to this friend with a complete explanation of why you did whatever you did and ask her to please forgive you. It wouldn't hurt to also ask her to point out when you start doing whatever again so that you can catch yourself and stop it before it gets out of hand.

Depends on what you did. If you are trying to concentrate on your studies and neglecting her, she should understand if she is in fact your friend.
