If she constantly runs from you when you try to talk to her, leave her alone because technically, you are stalking her. She'll probably come around after you stop giving her attention all together and if not, as typical as it seems, she was not worth your time.

she may be nervous, try a note, but if she confronts you act upset and walk away( sniffling and whiney crying add to the mood.
