I'm 21 years old. At work there's this girl who obviously likes me quite a bit. She's very pretty and I actually enjoy talking to her. I pretty much find everything about her attractive and know I would like her a lot. Here's the thing, though: she's either 16 or 17 years old (I'm afraid to ask, but I'm betting she's 16).

I know that's a bit weird. I have one friend who's telling me it's not a big deal and another one telling me that yes, it is a big deal and I shouldn't do it.

I wouldn't even consider her a possibility if I didn't think we'd get along so well. On one hand, I think it'd be better for both of us to just find someone our own age; but, I also think I'd be letting a potentially good thing pass us by just because of something so trivial and out-of-our-control as age. Help me, Internet.

This guy (whom I've only know for about a month) asked me out. He is a nice guy, but I just don't like him that way. Should I go out with him anyway? (Also, this guy is five years older than me: I'm 18 and he is 23). Some people say I should go out with him because I might start to like him. However, I already like this other guy. What should I do?

We have been together for four and a half years and been married this November 3 for one year. He just got layed off from his job last week and I live on disability. I plan to go to my Fathers in another town. Almost everything in this house is mine and he is very violent so I just don't know how to get my stuff? I get paid on the third and he expects me to pay the rent that is now late! I will need that money to move and live on for the month. I am so scared! He has broke my nose and blacked my eyes two years ago and done many other things to me. My kids now live with thier father because of all this. I just had a stroke 6 months ago and I suffer from schizoaffective disorder. He has been acting very nice today but it is so I will stay. I just don't know how to leave and I really don't want to leave my stuff. I am scared of him and the unknown of living with my father at the age of 36. I really need some advice on how to do this without getting hurt and I also need to be strong! HELP

hey guys!

my boyfriend had been saving up for my school formal + a trip overseas when last week, his dad had taken half his funds and gambled it (his account is still joined with his parents!)

he's having a really horrible time at home with family fighting all the time and i really feel like i cannot help him! i know i can't interfere but sometimes i just want to be there to make him smile or keep his mind off things, but im the kind of person who likes to talk about things to make sure it isnt bothering the other person and i dont like diverting because some times people dont want you to ignore the problem (even though they act like it!)

any suggestions guys? we've been together for a year now and things have been great, i just feel like i can't help him out in the worst of times, when he can certtainly make me feel better!

I have noticed a pattern with men: the ones that I completely ignore, and don't even attempt to contact, are completely obsessed with me. Yet the guys that I actually talk to and show interest in, don't seem at all interested. I have asked a few of my guy friends and I keep getting the same answer: guys want what they can't have. Why is that?

well me and my gf have been together for 10 months now, and for the past month it seems as if she wants to get mad at me, we r in love, and for some reason it just seems as if she is trying to push away from me slowly, and i dont think she loves me as she used to, y is she acting like this...

an example of how she is acting is when i was extremely tired i didnt sleep very good, and she tells me hug me like u love me, so i hug her kinda lazily and she goes, " god u could at least pretend u love me" and she gets mad, i think she needs some help...

I have a friend who can't find any happiness in her family life. Everything's so empty for her at home and she's both mentally and physically sick. I want to help her, but I'm no good advice-giver. Does anyone know what I should say to her?

I wouldn't want to be lied to, but it seems she thinks I'm trying to start trouble. I genuinely worry about her. There is so much more I would love to tell her, but it would be pointless since she thinks he's really trying to work through their problems. I love her (as a sis), but I can't continue the friendship if I have to be dishonest every time I see her. I guess I have horrible friend skills. Any advice would be great!

This is part question, part just...open if anyone wants to share their thoughts....

I haven't lived with my parents for a couple years, and it's been fine, I've done pretty well on my own and haven't lived at home for more than a couple weeks at a time since I graduated high school. This summer, my parents began the process of getting a divorce, and recently my mom got her own house 20 or so miles away.

The thought of being home for the holidays makes me want to stay in my dorm for all of the holiday season.

Has anyone been in this situation? How did you choose which parent to be with? and just any thoughts on the first time going home to a family that's not together any longer?

Long story short, my new sister-in-law got into this family because she got pregnant. I grew up in a family that you did not have a child out of wedlock and I believe many others have the same morales Anywho, I was very quiet during the weekend of their shotgun wedding (something that is not common to me) and I mentioned it to a couple of family members that I did not approve of this.
So now it has blow up into a huge fiasco and I got a letter from her basically preaching her SUPER christianity, how I needed to go to church, and pretty much stating that I needed to go to counseling. This letter made me FURIOUS but my husband asked me to write an apology letter which I did. In it I stated that I apologized for expressing my feelings that weekend. She and her husband stated that it was not a real apology. My husband wants me to write another letter but I feel that I did not do anything wrong and that one letter was not enough. Am I in the wrong? My hub is bf with his bro but I hate her

I have been with my girlfriend for 5 months now and I am debating whether or not I should let her go. We do spend time together every other day (sometimes)...but the times that we don't see each other..we don't communicate over the phone or e-mail. It is strange because the only times we do talk over the phone is when we are about to see each other. I am the type of guy that needs to be shown affection and attention at all times in a relationship...but she gives me a lot of space when we don't see each other. People see this as a negative thing...but that is who I am. You see..I haven't seen her in 15 hours..and I miss her already. So my question...should I let my girlfriend go?

Well actually I don't really need it but it would be nice to know what you think...

I Wrote this a couple of days back and really would like to know what's your personal opinion... if someone were to say that to you or just a general personal opinion...

Thanks A lot! ^.^

The only reason because I don't give in to madness, because I don't let myself become cold and indifferent and I don't lose that fool's hope, because I don't embrace my wounds and let the pain take away all I thought I knew is you...

Are my tears not important just becasue they're not seen? why do I feel as if my words lose meaning? I just want to know what part I play in this damn tragedy called life.. did anyone else lose the script? because I don't know what else to say... I'm not O.k...

Every time I respond to a question and I express the pleasure I find in having sex WITH MY HUSBAND -and no one else- there are people who immediately take away points...I couldn't care less about the s.t.u.p.i.d. points, but I tend to be brutally honest (or blunt) in my answers. I won't say I'm a saint or pretend to be a prude just so that people "like" me. I'm loyal, faithful to my husband, but I don't feel I have to hide the fact that I enjoy sex VERY MUCH. Is it wrong of me, being a grown, married woman and all, to be so open about my sexuality? I've never used foul language or have shown any disrespect by using an inappropriate vocabulary...
