kissing itself does not lead to pregnancy. however, kissing can lead to touching and arousal and clothes coming off. pregnancy is a possible result of having sexual intercourse. sexual intercourse between a male and female is when the penis penetrates the vagina.

Oh, my. There is a lot you need to learn about the other sex before you can even think about kissing a girl. Kissing will not, and will never cause a girl to get pregnant. Look online or read a book about sex education before you get yourself into trouble.

Kiss is done withl lips whereas pregnancy is conceived in womb by intercourse. Kiss has no relation with pregnancy. It is a simple thing which should have been known to you. Avoid such questions.
