No.
You can form a strong bond, a deep appreciation & even a deep emotional contatc with someone.
But you can't fall in love that way.
Everything you have is imagery, words, pictures, text, maybe some video or net calls.
You don't have anything tangible, anything as persoanl as face to face, hand in hand, etc.
They might have bad breath, bad body odour, or bad mannerisms that you couldn't cope with.
I'm not saying they have, but there's so much more to someone when they are stood next to you, spending time with you, doing things with you than you can experience through your computer.
I believe love can be developed from a Internet friendship, net dating seems to work for some, but love just through the Internet - for certain, for sure - without any doubts? I don't think so!

I met a lady over the net.
I live in Cali, she's in Kentucky,
but she's from Cali origionally.
I would not have done this,
but she was planning on coming-back to Cali.
We have been talking almost every night
on the phone for about five months!
I have developed strong feelings for her for sure.
In one sense, when you postpone the meeting
in-person, it forces you to get to know them
without the physical clouding your judgement.

I think its more likely people may fall in love with the idea of who someone seems to be or what he says, rather than the person, himself.
I know I could never fall in love with anyone online.
