About two months ago I started going out on Tuesday and Thursday nights and wouldn’t come home until around 10:30. I originally told my wife I was going bowling with some guys from work, but the problem is now she thinks I’m having an affair. She hasn’t confronted me about it, but I know her and I know she thinks that I am. The tension in my house is so bad it could be cut with a knife. What my wife really doesn’t know is that I’m actually taking ballet lessons, but I’ve been too embarrassed to tell her. I have to drive all the way across town for fear of being caught by someone I know. I’ve always had this tough guy image around her, our family and friends, so it’s kind of hard to admit that I enjoy frolicking around in black tights. Should I just give in and tell her what’s really going on?

He's in late thirties. We're not particularly close but I am with the rest of the family, however he came to visit me when I was sick and so I feel I should return the favour. And I don't want to show up empty handed.

He doesn't really have any hobbies so I don't have much to go on.

Please bear in mind its 7pm on a Friday evening here so my choices for shops are quite limited.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

Thanks

He said he would keep 60% and I would get 35%, with 5% going towards expenses. Do you think I should hold out for 45%?

Whenever we get into a big argument, my husband always calls his parents and makes me talk to them. He tells them that ONLY I have problems, and that they should talk to me about it. How do I tell him to stop doing it? I feel like it's our life, and if we have a problem, we should solve it between us. But he always brings his parents into it. My husband thinks I'm unreasonable, and that he's always right. He wants his parents to talk some sense into me. He knows I won't yell or talk back to them. I really don't know what to do. We just got into a really big argument the other day, and of course he called his mom and gave me the phone, but I was so fed up with it that I hung up on her without even talking to her. After that, my in-laws called constantly, but I refused to pick up.

Do you think it's necessary for my in-law's to jump in everytime my husband and I argue? Should I feel bad for not wanting them involved in my personal life?

He had a good job he quit beause of stress. The second job (only lasted a couple monthes) he quit because he was verbally harrassed by his boss ( which I don't blame him.) The third job he was let go because he was not the right type for them. The fourth job he was sent out of state for training and they let him go there for supposidly being the wrong type also. But... on that job he was talking about eventually quitting when he got back. I am questioning the security of this person and the ability to help support a family when we get married. We have been together for almost 3 years. We just got engaged last December of 2007. I still care for him, but I am not really seeing a marriage due to this unstability. I am also questioning the escuses now. The first three were feasible but it seems like a habit. what do I do??? I feel like i am not being fair to myself fo accepting this behavior. This has all come down in 10 months time.

How important is it that your woman be good in the kitchen? And just out of curiosity....

Would it turn you on for you to come home and see your wife/girlfriend cooking you dinner in high heels and an apron? lol.....

I get so tired of seeing questions from step mothers complaining that their husband's ex doesn't spend the entire child support check on her kids.. I'm a step mother, myself.. so I'll try to explain..

There are on average 30 days in a month. Child support checks are usually sent once or twice a month, my husband happens to send his on the first of the month- around the time her rent is due.

For the other 29 days, his ex is responsible for groceries, paying bills, getting whatever their daughter needs for school, paying a babysitter when she needs one on weekends, missing WORK to take the child to the doctor, and all other financial responsibilities that come along with parenting...

And she spends HER paychecks doing that..

Then, on the first of the month, when her rent is due she gets a child support payment. She pays her rent, and then if she wants to do something for herself, by all means she's earned it.

What more do you want?

so, my wife loves doggie style. problem: i weigh almost 200 lbs, (94% muscle and bones, thank you) and i sink down in our bed, and it causes mis-aligning. so we do it on our living room when the kids are in bed... problem is she likes it rough and we get rug burns. (just knees.. her arms and hands are usually resting on the couch). what can i do to minimize the rug burns?

How do I tell my stepson I'm not his real/biological dad?
I've brought up my son since he was just a few months old, he's now seven and we feel the time is now right for him to know i'm not his biological dad. His biological father has never had anything to do with him but we don't want this to become an issue in later years. I'm the only dad he knows.
We think that by giving a biological explanation of conception then explaining that a dad is the one who loves and cares for you no the one who made you is the way to go about this.
Does anyone have any suggestions??

I broke up with her a year ago. She was wonderful but I didn't have time to her and I couldn't carry on a long distance relationship; but I MISS her very bad. Two months ago I sent her a letter asking her forgiveness and telling her that I was extremely stupied but with nothing about getting back together. I didn't expect she would reply because I disgraced her, I admit I hurt her much. And then she replied with a very brief e-mail saying she forgave me and she got over the hard time. I sent her another e-mail thanking her for her reply and saying that I wish we may have a chance to have coffee together someday when I go back to the country (actually I meant to be friends as a step to get to know each other better that might lead to a relationship again).
It is more than one month and she has not replied. I know she read my e-mail but why hasn't she replied? Also I tried to call her once and no response.
Note: I know from friends over there that she hasn't dated anyone since me.

I have fallen in love with my friend, she is married and I am married, I feel like she is just a good friend, no sex involved, just like to hold her hand, I want to take care of her. she loves her husband and I love my wife, however the simple answer is for me to let it go and not hurt anyone, But I feel for her like no other, I just want to hold her and care for her, I think of her day and night, I've told her in a joking way how I feel, and then I tell her I'm sorry for saying it. I think she feels the same for me however she has not just came out and said it. now the final glitch is my youngest child is in college and hers is in grade school, no problem for me however I don't want to hurt the children in anyway. the children really like me, am I way out of line here, she comes over almost everyday to help me after my illness, both our spouses are great people, but I can not stop missing my friend when she's not here. day and night I think of her. I really don't want to let her go.

My boyfriend only lives 5 minutes from my job. I called him and asked him if he felt like bringing me something to eat and he said "nope". He was out running to the bank anyway.

I cook at least 3 to 4 times a week and he comes over for dinner when I cook.

Ok... me and this guy went out, but he broke up with me because he said he didn't like me as much as I liked him. He just liked me as a friend, and we've been friends ever since. Today though, he wrote me this poem. What do you think it means. I need as many opinions as I can get. Good or bad, thanks!!!

Time and time again I think about what could have been and would have been.
The punishment I don't deserve, the pain thats inside, the hate brewing over.

WHAT DOES HE MEAN!!??!?!?!

She filed for a simple divorce and she did not want any money. She can get a half of matrimonial home but she didn’t want it for now (she can claim it up to 2 years after divorce) I had 30 days to disagree and file an answer with the court. On 29th days I went to the court and I checked the court copy and I was shocked:
On the court copy she mentioned the reason for filing the divorce: Abuse and control
On the copy she gave me she mentioned: irreconcilable differences

I could easily get a lawyer and accuse her to fraud but I did not, I am not a fighter. I called her and told her what I saw, she said: I made a mistake; I gave the wrong copy to the court. I asked her to show me the Original. She said: we will go to the court together tomorrow and fix it. Next morning I asked her what time we will meet in the court she became angry and screamed at me: I am not self employed like you! I have to go to work and then ask my manager and come, I will give you a call. After 2 hours, I called her at work and realized she never went to her office that morning! She went to the court from home and asked the court clerk to switch the papers!
I talked to the clerk in the court later and she said she made a mistake and she should have checked the documents more carefully…

It is about a month that she wants to find an apartment but she procrastinates. She has a good job (she has a master degree) and can afford moving to another place. She is a control freak, do not trust me and does not believe in family counseling! We went to a counselor and she calls her a shrink and after 2 sessions she refused to come. She told me she is making the situation worst. She has called her and threatened the doctor that leave 2 of us alone (controlling issues). For her it is my way or highway. Her 2 sisters are divorced too. We are married foe a year and a half; I can not enjoy my life when she is around. She is jealous and has a big ego.
What do you think my ex is doing? She served me with a different version of what she filed in the court! (In Toronto you should just give the photocopies to your ex and the original stays with my wife)
