Do you continue a relationship with a married man when he has not committed to a divorce or separation. He is waiting on a 16 year old daughter to turn 18. Wife still lives in house and sleeps in guest room.Have been involved with this man for almose a year and we have grown very close though are challenged with the amount of quality time we spend together.

My fave cousin is getting married and i'm in the wedding!! as a bridesmaid. I'm very excited!!! She is marrying an amazing guy....Hes perfect for her.
How much should I give them? Money is of course tight, im single living alone. I will be bringing my boyfriend to the reception. I was thinking 50, but that seems so low and i want them to be "wow thanks" not "oh only 50?" So, how much should I give? maybe 100?

Does anyone know of a Raleigh Caterer that is good and reasonably priced. I don't want to spend a lot of money although I know it is going to cost. My main focus is on the food. I want good food, but not the fancy food. Anyone ever had a wedding catererd from place near raleigh or in raleigh?

I have been dating this man for 5 months, he always gives me the feeling he is looking for other options. So I told him my feeling and was going to leave, he stopped me and says he will change job and move in with me(we are 2 hours away). I agreed since I like him very much. Then he contacted me a lot more than b4 for a week. Now Im on a business trip, for the whole week he didnt send me any msg(the phone cant be used). but every time I called him he says he missed me and wants to meet me ASAP. But he is aloof just like b4. I called him, he told me he already put in the application and the job is 45 mins away from my place(he said in case our relationship doesnt work out he still has a way out).
why is he acting like this, should I break up with him?

Two of my best friends have told me that they like me. I told them that I just want them as friends, because I don't feel that way about them. One of them has tried to be just a friend, and is doing it well, but the other keeps bringing the topic up and asking me why I don't want him as more tham a friend. He acts differently towards me to. I'm worried that our friendship might be in jeapordy. Please help!

me and my mother and brother moved near to my grandparent house after my dads suicide, after that we went through a very hard time we didnt have any money and my mother couldnt find a job.

my gradparent dont know theyre limitations and but into everything my granfathers doesnt know better and does what he wants and my mothers house even though she tells him not to. .. he doesnt listen and does whateva he wants

the other day my grandparent told strangers at the church our whole life story and now they call us and want to visit us and everything

while everything went so bad my mother leaned on me and i fixed everything . . when i heard what my grandparents did i got enraged i dont want those people to visit and i want to protect my mother . . . and i now want nothing to do with my grandparent. . . i feel so bad for my mother cos shes so lonely and i cant fix it. . . my mother and father truly were soulmates..

pls help me and give me advice i dont know what to think

My 4 month old just started to cry uncontrollably when he is handed to my mother in law. He does not cry when he is with anyone else and I am not sure how to handle this. I dont like seeing him cry and then having to leave him crying is so hard. My husband wants his mom to watch him but I feel there is a reason why my baby cries like this and I would prefer if someone else care for him when we need a babysitter (like my mom who lives 30 mins away). Does anybody have any suggestions on what to say or how to handle the situation?

We've been friends since we were fourteen. She has two children both under the age of two, and her boyfriend "pushes her around" she's described the results as making her head blead and breaking her elbow. The only negative thing she says about him is that he is 'immature' because he will leave her and the kids. We've been long distance friends for many years and now we live two states appart. She has low self esteem, and i'm worried about her. How can i communicate this when the place where she's living (we both grew up in the same place) is rampant where wife-beating is an every-day thing, and where drunken fights end up causing murders every saturday night?

Ok so here's the thing, our relationship is sh!t. She is so friken jeleous when i spend time with my boyfriend; she feels like he took her place i guess which is not true... All my mom cares about is clothes and shopping and looking good in front of other people. She gets mad at me when i don't "dress nicely" which means either not enough makeup or my top isnt open enough or im not matching enough... she thinks i act like this because now that im comfortable with my bf and he loves me i dont have to dress up anymore... that's not true, i like to dress nicely i just dont like to provoke attention so i dont wear the super open tops or the mini skirts... I'm so tired of her complaints, shes always complaining, we never get along anymore (im 17 btw) i cant take it anymore... please tell me what to do? Just don't tell me to talk to her about how i feel, i tried that but she's so damn materialistic that nothing gets into her head... So what do i do???

My significant other moved out to his own place. Mostly due to stress from our home situation and my daughter. Out of frustration he yelled at my children (17 and12) and upset them.
Now my daughter, who used him as an excuse as to why she wasn't coming home on weekends, is still not wanting to abide by the rules and is gone most of the time.
She's out and not going to come home on weekends anyways. She's 18 in a few months.
She's out doing what she's always done and has told me she doesn't care at all that I'm now alone. She doesn't even want him over to watch tv with me or spend an evening. She says I have to choose between her or him.

When do children dictate too much regarding their parents new relationships?

Do you allow your children to say who they want you to see, and when....if it's not him, wouldn't the issues be the same with another man? ??
How do you find a balance between kids and the new person in your life?

I just wanted to see what others opinions are as far as my situation. My husband seems lately like he's being sort of a jerk. I mean really. And I'm 8 1/2 months pregnant with our second child. Today, before he left for work, the subject of my baby shower comes up and out of the blue he says he's not going. This makes me very upset. He makes no sense!! I asked him why not... he just says, it's a baby shower. However, the thing of it is that he actually went to my daughters baby shower 4 years ago and all my brothers and step-dad were there then too and they're gonna be there again this time and I'm sure some of the wives may have their husbands/boyfriends. What I don't get is if he went before, why can't he go this time? He certainly won't be the only man there. This hurts my feelings really bad and I cried after he left. He asked me in a angry tone, Do I HAVE to go... stressing the word HAVE. I'm like no, I won't force you. Why is he being like this?? Anyone have any suggestions?

Me and my boyfreind are sixteen,

and we've been doing it only since last week,

And we used protection, Only, it was at his nans house, only now im so embaressed as his nan found the condom rapper on the floor!

im screwed! apparently she saw it, and told my boyfreind she was dissapointed, but now apparently she was okay, and when i rang earlier she was okay with me down the phone, but i don't think she likes me anymore because of this, im so embaressed!.. it was only my first time last week!.. and he picked nearly all the rapper up, she must have been pritty clever too see the amount he left and figure out it was a condom rapper, i feel so bad, but then i don't because it's natural and me and my boyfreind are at the age now anyway....

what should i do?
i don't want to bring it up in front of her,
but i want to do something, im worried she might think im some sort of whore and tryed too force my bf to do it!

I live in my landlords house and I rent her room. She is 53 (and attractive), I am 26. I notice when I talk to her she licks her lips when we make eye contact. And she looked at my pakage the other day when I was standing up talking to her and she was sitting down in front of me. I am attracted to her and I am the only person who lives with her. I don't think she's been with anyone in the last two years. Her husband died two years ago of a heart attack. I'm thinking of making a move on her but I feel awkward. Im realizeing, I have friends, family that I rarely see but I do see... I feel like everytime I say something I get cut off and since Im so scared to be rude I just stop what Im saying and never get a word in other that "oh yeah" or asking them a question about what they just said.
