I was with this guy for five years. He proposed to me about a year ago.

During the first year of our relationship, I was the only one with a job and I paid for the rent, groceries, everything. It was my idea for us to move in together, and he said he wasn't ready to leave his mom's and make it on his own. I said ok, he didn't have to pay for anything until he's ready. We were 19 at the time.

About a year into our relationship, my dad told me that he wanted me to earn a college degree and that he would financially support me while I attended school full time. I agreed, and then told my boyfriend it's time for him to start chipping in for half of everything. He was very upset, saying I never should have asked him to move in with me in the first place when he wasn't ready to move out of his mom's. (But it seems to me that he got out of there because he didn't like living there anymore.) I just let it go at the time.

He has a decent job now, and I'm in my last year of school. But

So today I went to the mall and the men were staring at me up and down... I'm sick and tired of this... Everytime I go outside, they always just stare at me and sometimes compliment, but would just leave... When are the boys gonna ask me out? I'm 18... and like when is it gonna happen? I'm just like tired of it...

In fifth grade he told me that he liked me and asked me to the dance but I said no but now I like him. (7th grade) In gym, he was just like fooling around and screaming like a girl lol and then he comes up right to my face and screams and then leaves. Then a few days later, we just finished jump roping for a warm up exercise and we're all putting our jump ropes back on this hook . He's right in front of me and he turns around and looks right into my face and whispers "peace" sorta next to my ear and then leaves again. I know these aren't signs he likes me or anything but just asking what was that for? I mean he didn't do it to anyone else and I have no idea why he's doing random stuff like that.

This guy and I have been friends for ten years. To me he is more than a friend. I have already bought him a watch, cuff links, and cologne for other x-mas's. This year for x-mas he bought tickets for a concert and dinner reservations on him, he already told me. So, how does a girl compete with that. I want to get him something good.

I have this young lady I work with, I am 41 and she is 19. We are both Very attracted to eachother and want to go out but age concerns us... I am a very hyper guy with a touch of A.D.D. and she also has a lot on energy... I am playful and youthful for my age and most think I am 30 or so, she is pretty much the same. I can't offer her youth but I can offer her Love, Financial security, and faithfullness. Every women I meet my age acts as if she were 60... Maybe I have not grown up, but I see it this way, earth has been around for billions for 4.5 billion yrs, and life for 17 million years, Energy is timeless and has no begining or end, and without energy the world would not exist that means in theory, some form of energy has always existed and will always exist and that time fram is not comprehendable by man. Man created time, based on BC and AD... Time is a usless tool in an infinte world, our little 80-100 yrs hear are so minimal and a grain of sand, so what does age matter?

My boyfriend of a few months is planning on visiting a friend (girl) who lives in another country. He tells me she is only a friend but I'm really worried as I don't know her and wonder why he has to do this. He met her when studying overseas a year ago and they've been in contact as friends. She visited him once (before we got together) and they've kept up the contact by chatting. Am I paranoid? I can't help feeling that if a man needs to visit a woman, he must have feelings for her. Any words of wisdom would help me.

My 3 children and I live in Missouri. I recently remarried. My new spouse is in the military and has gotten orders that require us to move to North Carolina. My ex-husband knew this was a possibility and he agreed to this when we divorced, signed the papers and it is filed with the court and everything. we even have an alternate visitation schedule for out-of-state moves. Now it is time for us to move and he is saying no, I can't move with the kids. What do I need to do? Can I still give him the proper notice and move because it is already ordered in my divorce decree or will I get in trouble for doing so?

I have a predicament...

I'm 21 years old and still in college. I got married when I was very young (~19) to a man that I still care about and have feelings for... We met in High School. He was my first and I was his.

The problem is, I don't think I'm IN love with him anymore. He's a different guy from when I first met him. Now that we're living together and married for almost two years his "other" side is starting to come out and I don't like it. His unbelievably short temper, demoralizing remarks and laziness are starting to get to me. I've had enough of being the only one putting an effort into the relationship and I've expressed my concerns numerous times only to be told that "That's the way he is" or "I should help him change". Unfortunately, he doesn't WANT to change and it's frustrating as hell. I used to be a happy person, but now I'm filled with anxiety, I'm depressed all the time, and worst of all, I feel guilty for it. (cont.)

Okay so I went on a date last night with a guy that I had met through a mutual friend.

He took me out to dinner and when the waiter reached our table I was about to order but then my date cut me off and ordered for me.

As if I couldn't order for myself.

And to top it off he ordered an Asian salad that's got tons of nuts and I'm allergic to nuts. My esophagus closes up and I can't breath. So I changed the order to what I wanted.

When the waiter leaves my date grabs my wrist and asks me 'What the f uck was I thinking embarrassing him in front of the waiter like that?'

I freak out at his sudden change and excuse myself to go to the bathroom and make a detour to the door, run across the street a local Wal-Mart and inside I call my close guy friend to pick me up. I was scared the way that he reacted. I found a huge a s s bruise on my wrist this morning from when he grabbed me.

But now that I think about it...I didn't go too far last night, did I?

My guy and I have been together 7 yr and have recently been talking seriously about our wedding. We have been waiting, until we were "stable". My guy is on the verge of a big promotion (salary and company car), which should come through by the end of the year, and we were going to officially declare our engagement then. We just received a call that his younger brother and his girl have become engaged and plan to marry May '09. While I am happy for them, I am very upset because I don't want to "scoop" them, but had been hoping for June '09 (if not 08) . Plus my mom had a close call with breast cancer last year and has never fully recovered, and my dad is 70yrs old and had both knees replaced and I'm not sure how much longer he would be able to actually walk me down the aisle. Can we ask them to delay their wedding, or if it would be okay for us to have ours before their's. One concern is his family which would have to fly in and I don't want to ask them to twice in one year

we dated for 2 yrs and i ended it coz he gave the lame excuse of not being able to marry coz of family (quite a bullshit). he tred to contact a few times after the break-up and sounded desperate and heartbroken, urging me to be in touch - which i always declined.

as a person, he's reserved, laid back, innocent and quite square and simple. A very good looker and sought after by girls. his past ex girlfriends too are in touch with him and he obviosuly hasn't told anything to his wife....so why do you think is he doing this?
