The only way to know is to really sit down and talk to her about it. It sounds like you two have been intimate partners before, so hopefully there is a comfort level that you can bring this up with her. Ask her questions about how she would feel if you had intercourse with her husband, and if you decide to do it make sure that you set clear boundaries. Many people do this everyday successfully so there is no reason why you guys can't do it if everything is talked through and out in the open. It is fine for a birthday present but make sure she is doing it for the right reasons for herself. Good luck.

ABSOLUTELY NOT!!! If she is as good of a friend as you say she is then you should not do this. Say THIS ruins her marriage, would you want her to forever look at you and see you as the person responsible. I'm guessing this is a fantasy of the husbands and its great to fantasize but there's a reason its called fantasizing. Its not supposed to become reality. My advice stay friends with them and don't let it go any further. You wouldn't want to be responsible for breaking up a family.

if you don't think she really wants it than tell her how you feel. This is one thing that a person thinks they can handle but after it happens they regret it. If you do not feel she realizes what will be involved talk to her about what she expects. The ultimate and final decision up to her, but at the same time I would not do it if you feel she is not completely into it or if she will regret it.

If they are good friends of yours, don't, it will screw up their marriage. Have the wife offer the husband this gift in a birthday card, if they both really want to then go for it.

If she does not real want it, then DON"T DO IT!!!!!!!
It may prove to be the end of your friendship. ONLY do it if she REALLY want it. A friend brings in an emotional level that may hurt the marriage and/or friendship.

Unless she really wants it then you shouldnt. The problem with giving a gift like this is in some instances it is the gift that keeps on giving. Trouble that is. If she doesnt really want it she is going to have a hard time accepting that he is enjoying himself with you. This is going to cause problems between him and her as well as you and her. If she isnt on board with this totally you should back out

If she doesn't really want it...then absolutely no. Sit down and have a talk with her. If she is not 100% ok with it and really wanting to try it to it will ruin the friendship between the two of you.

3 sums are tricky tricky things if you have any reservations for any reason at all then NO it takes a certain kind of friendship to withstand that im not against them at all but ive been there done that and when it comes to that you should always go with your gut instinct
