Humm..tough question. Well, first of all, all guys are different so what I look for may not necessarily be the same as the next guy but here goes. This list is what I'd look for when I first see someone and trying to get to know her:
1. Body Type - The first thing we notice is the body type. Whether she is skinny, medium, full-figured.
2. Beauty - Face, eyes, smile and hair
3. Assets - Breasts and Booty
4. Fashion Style - in-style and/or sexy
5. Personality - out-going, open-minded, caring, respectful, high morals, sense of humor, honest..ect.
6. Stability - Career, education, family
7. Kinkiness - Can she dance? Spontaneous?

I like a girl that is sweet, funny, athletic, nice, cute (or hot), good personality, good ppl skillz, and maybe just a little shy (for that innocent look) sometimes. I know this is a lot to be asking but u asked. Hope this helps :)

i don't know about anyone else but i look for soul. i try to find a kind girl and not preppy at all. they should look good and have reasonable breasts and some fashion sense. a good kisser but that's hard because all guys have different kisses and types of kisses they like, i like my girlfriend's kiss at the moment, it's quite tender, not too strong and when we get off (make out/tounge/french kiss) it just feels amazing, like there's nobody else in the world except us.

confidence, (i look for) brains, beauty, and more confidence. As long as you are not overconfident, it is always cool to have a girl who wont just like shrink in the corner. Dont pressure him into answering things, but be there when he wants to talk. if you make the first advance its pretty darn cool, too.

Intelligence, positive attitude, sense of humor and at least average looks, moderate weight. Those are for long term.
Short term...we lust after people with great bodies and pretty faces.
