Okay my best friend ill call her kelly is dating my cousin for almost 3 yrs now and she desperatly in love with him she wants to marry him he wants to wait till the graduate college it been causing drama all year.It recently came to my attention from another friend of mine who is her roomate and a reliable source that kelly has stopped taking her birth control pills, using oil as a lub to try weaken condoms?, and has an ovulation test kit in hopes to get pregnant?

Only reason i have not said anything is because i think its a phase like the one she went through in highschool and i dont think using oil as a lube can really weaken a condom but i am concerned she might go to further lengths? I dont want to loose my best friend?

For my daughter's 13 th birthday I got her a 3 hour limo ride and a $300 birthday ring. I then bought her presents from Abercrombie, American Eagle, and Hollister (her favorite stores). Then the other day my daughter said that her friends kept calling her rich, but I don't think we are, are we?

I have read some previous questions r/e having kids and regretting it. How do you cope now that they are here? I wished I stopped at one. I really enjoyed parenting my one child. Now that I have three ( twins in 06). I cannot grasp the ideal of parenting ALL of them. I know this is sad!!!! Don;t say anything about PPD, I REALLY Want my old life back. I am married , career, over 30 yrs. it was planned, I thought I did everything right. I feel soo bad and anxious. I can not see how I will fuction if these feelings don't go away. I don't want to harm the kids or myself, I'm not that bad. But I just need to know from parents who has had these feelings , do they ever get better? Should I tell my husband I feel regret? I know so people may suggest therapy or date - night w/ hubby ( we do that twice a month) we have another couple with kids we hang with regulary, but I can't grasp it. I never thoght in a million years that I would feel this way. I know I should have put more thought into it (

We with children have lost our tempers a few times.
Was he wrong, or right in getting his daughters attention?
Was there other ways for him to handle this situation?
How and why?

Ive been reeding on here and people are expressing there concerns over having children so early in life. I thought 14- 18 was too young to have a baby, but Im hearing even my age is too young. Im 21 with a two month old daughter that I love very much. I got married at 18 and got pregnnat at 20. I finished high school and took 3 semesters in college. But right now Im a stay at home mommy and that works for us. My husband is 32 and he is a supervisor at the cable company earning a good salary which lets me stay at home with our daughter. we are on no goverment services. So why are people mean saying that a 21 year old cannot be responsible for taking care of a baby. I am young but I dont regret having to give up some things like going to the bars and partying seeing Ive never doen that. What about your mothers and grandmothers. Most of them were married and had several kids by 21. My mom had 4 kids at 21. My greandma got married when she was 15 and they were good mothers.

I'm looking for some good job ideas, and they must be "under the table". I'm a single mom, I have a babysitter available but a lack of transportation. I live in a very small town, about 2000 people total and there isn't much work around here at all. What are some ideas to make extra money? No negative comments please.

My daughter received an invite to be in the state miss pageant. I'm not sure how I feel about it. I don't like the idea of pitting girls against each other in a competition to see who is the most beautiful. Especially when I try to teach my daughters that what is inside is so much more important than appearance. Ok i guess I do know how i feel about it..... but what you guys think?

My sons sister, who just recently turned 7, came for a visit. (Me and their dad are not together, but I love her just the same) She wrote and said some very troubling things i.e. KISS THE ONE YOU LOVE GOODBYE and LEARN TO LOVE YOURSELF. Her dad was concerned about her and boys, so I pulled her aside & had a "mom to daughter" conversation with her and I discovered that she is in an abuse relationship with her boyfriend at school (I know, she's only 7) but he makes her do degrating things like follow him around the playground and not play with her friends, and he tells her that he will kill her. Of course I brought it to her dads attention and in return he brought it to her mothers attention. Her mother basically disciplined her, didnt get to the root of the problem as to why she is doing these things or allowing these things to be done to her. So, my question is now what? What should be said or done to get her out of the situation. Her mom is NOT a help & she's long distance. NE advice?

now i know some of you will say the usual im a bad mother thing, but hey, iv got 3 kids and he is the only one with this problem, so do not think its my mothering skills somehow. anyway, to the point, my 6 year old boy has been dry day and night for 4 years now, no problems at all. The one thing that petrifies him totally is going to no.2 on the toilet. It has him in fits of fear, he shakes, cries, it is absolutly awful.he goes in a nappy. Iv been to heath visitor, she just says give it time and encouragemnet, but how much longer do i give it, its been 4 years!!!!! Iv done the reward system, but he doenst care what reward is offered, his fear outweighs that. Iv tried having no nappies in the house, after 5 days of no poo he ended up in hospital, they told me to put nappy on him till he was ready. but im getting so stressed out now. my 9 yr daughter is fine, but my 3 yr son is follwing his brother, and its really sad for them. Can anyone suggest anything else i can do to calm his fears?

my mom is trying to force me to get a haircut. i cut it before the school year started and plan on cutting it after the school year which is only 2 months away. my hair looks like my avatar, which is not even overly long compared to some people. she says people are gonna make judgements about her based on my hair. im 15 so i may not be old enough to be a legal adult but i am still old enough that i should control my hair. i have low self esteem but it gets higher with longer hair. i dont like my face so i want to cover it up (no im not emo). shouldnt she just be happy that her sons happy with long hair instead of only thinking about what she wants? shes even complaining about what i plan on doing when i cut it. i want to get it very short, but not shaved. shes saying i look good with longer hair if i kept it neat by getting it trimmed occasionally. i dont want to trim it, i just want to cut it short, let it grow for a year, then cut it short again. i like the messy hair look i get

My husband and I have a 7 mo. old daughter. My husband is a great daddy and deserves a really cool father's day gift. I'm having a total mental block on this. I want it to be very special...something that shows him that *I* appreciate him being a good daddy, too. Any ideas?

I have a 3 year old that uses a pacifier. It is partly my fault that I have let it go on this long, but she is getting older and I do not want these things around anymore. She does not use them during the day at school, only at bedtime and sometimes while watching TV. Any suggestions??

Ahoy there me hardies. Ho ho hooooooooooooooo.
Yeah, I get to watch the Wiggles with my wife and kid all the time and I love it. My question is to the ladies here. Do you like Captain Feathersword and think he is cute or whatever? I think that my wife likes him alittle too much. She plans on us going to their show sometime and always has that "look" when it's his turn to sing. I think she is planning to get on stage and give him a kiss. Should I get on there first and give all the women a big wet one before she gets to the pirate? You know, the ones that sing too and wear the red suits? I think it would make me feel better to get her before she got me. I know it's just a crush but I have my crushes too and need to know if I'm thinking straight?
