really really bored. what excercises can i do?

My name is Themi, I'm 17, and I go to the gym regularly. I started going to the gym about a year ago. Then I weighed about 235lbs. Currently I am 200lbs. When I first came to the gym, I did mostly muscle work outs. It was only in the last 2 or 3 months that I really started doing cardio, and thats where i lost the most weight. Although I've lost 35lbs, my "man boobs" aren't going away. I think I may have made the mistake of building up too much muscle in my chest area and now it's hard to lose the fat there. Well, I have a healthy diet, and i exersise regularly. I definatley noticed a decrease in the fat around my waiste and belly, but I wish those man boobs would just go away. I am not having surgery, and I am not taking pills. If you have experience with my issue and you were able to solve it, please tell me how you did it. I'm already running, doing bench press, pushups, and eating healthy. Maybe i'm doing something wrong, or leaving something out of the equation.

What do you think of people who go bullimic? If someone goes bullimic but when they try they only spit up phlegm? What would you say to someone who goes bullimic? And how would you help them? B/c i tried it but i wouldnt puke. I need to lose 26 pounds by May and so this is the only way I know how to do it. Please help! Thanks!

I am in weight watchers, and am on 20 points a day! that is kinda 1000 cal. per day! I have lost a good 5 pounds, but want to speed it up, i am going home for x mas and want to suprise people with my weight loss! My family calls me fat, so i want to prove them wrong! Any suggestions?

My sister is 17 and currently weighs around 100lbs.
She doesnt eat breakfast, and doesnt eat anything throughout the day until dinner time. I am with her most of the time at school so i have been keeping an eye on her. She is loosing weight and when we get back from school she goes straight out to walk the dog. She is out for like 2 hours with the dog. Im really worried because i don't want anything bad to happen to her.She seems normal,but she just isnt eating.Friends of hers say that they havent seen her eat anything either. What will her body be doing and what can i do to help her? Please help me.

I loooove prune juice! I drink 1 glass of it every day. It does not give me diarrhea or anything but it does make me poop a lot.

I've been pondering this for a while now. Do calories affect your health? I read the back of labels and I see that two glasses of orange juice match the exact same calories that one slice of chocolate cake has.

How many calories is too much? How many calories is too little?

Im trying to eat healthy and cut back on calories, but Ive heard different people say that you can consume as much fruit and veggies throughout the day because they are "free foods" and you dont need to count them against your calories. Is this true? Please help! Thanks

ok so yesterday i've been trying to do a lot of exercise, i did about 200 sit ups and 200 squats or so. i know very bad idea to do it all at once but i got carried away! i woke up this morning with reallllly sore thighs.. is there anything i can do to relive this? and how can i avoid it in the future? I'm in good shape for the most part, but i do have a bit of chub that I want to try to get rid of and turn into muscle. I'm planning on busting out the treadmill and running everyday for about 30 minutes. Also, I'm trying to stop drinking pop and other bad things....I do sit ups every day and i have strong muscles in my abs, theres just still a little bit of fat over them. How long and how much can i lose this way?

I know that fast, light repetitions do one andslow, heavy ones do the other, but which is which? I've been told opposite things by different people. I have huge muscle bulks that don't do much and I would like to slim them down.
