My doctor tells me take 2 aspirin and call in the morning. LOL.
But don't stop exercising, that would be a mistake. Just cut way back. A little bit of exercise is very healthy. And over a long period of time will give you lots of muscle, curves, and take away the fat.
Start with 10 sits ups 2 to 4 times a week, and add 5 each month. Same with the squats. In two years you will be a walking Miss America. The key is consistency over a very long period of time. It you are looking to build muscles very fast then you are going to need to lift weights. But I have to tell you, that girls with big arms are a turn off to many men.
Not because they are strong but because even tho they are not they still look fat.

If you prefer, don't even do sit ups or crunches. Rather just suck in you tummy for a few moments four or five times a day.
You'll remember to do this in the bath or shower. Don't over due it. It's not necessary. Also due side bends. They help a lot.
There is nothing healthier or sexier than great abs.

Yep, you probably overdid it.

-Try a hot shower or soak in a hot bath.
-Do some recovery work, even as painful as it might be: Try to go for a light walk today. Moving around will pump blood through the sore muscles and help move out the waste products.
-Similar to the walk, try some massage on the sore muscles. Either self-massage them or get a friend/massage therapist to do it.

There is nothing you can do to stop it- maybe pain killers, but they usually don't touch mine. And tomorrow will be worse- 2'nd day out always is. To avoid in the future- cut down on reps. Unless you are doing it for endurance training, there is no need to do that many reps.

the soreness is lactic acid build up in your legs. honestly there is nothing you can do for it. you can try to take pain relievers but the soreness will still be there. once you keep doin workouts your body will get used to the constant reps and you wont be sore. once you stop fo ra while then get back into it the soreness will come back.
