60-70% of the total cells in the body are replaced several times a year. when new cells are created the will be constructed with whatever nutrients are available. if you have a healthy diet, the cells will be constructed of high quality materials. if the person has an unhealthy diet they will be constructed with substandard materials.

this is why the old saying "you are what you eat" is so accurate. people today put way to much focus on calories instead of the source of those calories. a 1500 calorie diet of fish, lean meat, poultry, vegetables and fruits is several magnitudes healthier than a 1500 calorie diet of Lean Cuisine meals, Special K diet bars and diet sodas. the lower the caloric intake the higher the quality of the food there must be in order for the body to function and operate at optimum levels of effeciency.

They don't seem to be recomending you have got the saturated fats they are simply telling you ways a lot is within the recomended serving dimension, saturated fats like the whole lot else is okay moderately. But intention for mono and poly fat in matters like nuts and fish

Saturated fats are good for you; people just get too much of them. The fat that you're talking about it Trans Fat, which is going to be illegal in the next year. Trans fat is almost next to impossible to get out of your body.

I think that it can be pushed out of the body with diet and exercise and fish oils, but I am not positive.
