what you do is go on a fruit and veggie diet.It's great for losing weight in a short amount of time.All you do is only eat fruits an veggies and only drink water for a week.Myself and others I know have lost from 10-13 pounds!Although you do have to exercises but not so much.all we would do is the taebo 8 minute work out twice a day.It is a struggle though,with all the temptations.Hope this helped :D

i'm not sure about a web site however the best way to lose weight is thru diet and exercise. cut out ALL sugar and flour from your diet and that will help shed the pounds.
