You will be much healthier when you have lost about twenty pounds.
Look: Weight loss is really quite simple; there are only two things you need do to reach your goals:
1. Restrict daily calories to 1600 calories per day. By increasing the amount of fruits and vegetables you eat, you will be able to keep your intake at this level without feeling hungry or uncomfortable.
2. Exercise for one hour a day, every single day. It can be anything from pilates to just plain walking, but do it. One hour. Every day.
This is a pretty simple recipe for weight loss, but it works. It has worked for me; I have lost 62 pounds this way. I even lost weight over Thanksgiving. It will work for you if you commit to it and stick to it.
Good luck!

Without knowing more about you..... e.g. are you a body builder or an athlete? What's your body fat percentage? etc.
Rule of thumb says you should weigh about 190 to 195. So, 45 pounds off would probably do you good.

In the mood for a hot meal? Make a large pot of veggie bean soup, divide into two-cup containers, and store inside the freezer. Before bed, place a container inside the fridge, then grab it before heading out the door each day.

Bellow is a link to the Body Mass Index - for males.
Check it out and then get yourself to the doctors for a health check and ask them to refer you to a nutritionist to guide you with healthy eating plans.
I think you'll be pleasantly surprised - ur only just tipping over the border form ok - to - need to lose a little.
Eat well - exercise lots - drink plenty water and sleep well.
Good luck x

It’s an age old trick but vertical stripes really do stretch you out. The contrast of colour straight vertical splits your body in 50 percent.

Weight is a completely individual thing, despite what you may read to the contrary. It totally depends on your build, your actual body structure.
I would talk to your doctor and read junkfood science for some clues. http://www.junkfoodscience.blogspot.com/

Don’t focus on your flaws, spotlight your best bits. Small waist? Belt it in. Gorgeous bust? Lower the neckline. Well toned butt? Rock tight jeans. Alluring legs? Show ‘em off. It’s really that simple.
