I am in weight watchers, and am on 20 points a day! that is kinda 1000 cal. per day! I have lost a good 5 pounds, but want to speed it up, i am going home for x mas and want to suprise people with my weight loss! My family calls me fat, so i want to prove them wrong! Any suggestions?

Breakfast - Banana, bran flakes
Lunch - Homemade salad. Apple.
Dinner - Small amount of meat. Use lots of vegetables.

Exercises daily for around 30 - 40 minutes of vigorous exercise.You may not loose at much as you hope but you still will still loose weight if you stick to that sort of diet and exercise routine.

If not they you can quite no question ask. It is rare to see that kind of promise these days. If you do not want to loss weight then it doesn't apply to you. But, they can get you into the best shape of your life. This company is amazing.

Another, part is a weight maintain program. This a 1 month program that helps you keep your weight loss off. They give you the tools you need to do this. After the 1 month is over you will be able to keep the weight off and stay fit all by yourself.

I have lost 10 pounds per month by eating 1500 calories a day, healthy foods, drinking lots of water and doing cardio for 30 minutes a day 6 times a week and strength training 3 times a week.

maintain your current level of calories, and start walking for an hour in the evenings.
