they only help the body to excrete excess water, they have absolutely no effect on fat loss or fatty acid metabolism. basically they are a waste of time and money

You lose water, drink and the weight goes back on, I have also tried Hoodia and that didn't work for me either. I am now following Slimming world eating plan and the weight is coming off, slowly.
