At your age, your already growing pretty rapidly whether you know it or not. If your 15 and 5'7" then you've got a ways to go. You'll stop growing around 18 and I'm sure you'll be a good height by then. Your height is pretty right on for your age. However, there's no exercises or eating habits that will increase your height. Just do what you do normally. I do suggest eating healthy and exercising without overdoing it. Your young and your a boy so you don't have to do much to keep in shape. It's built into you to already be that way.

Actually there is a way. If you are lacking certain hormones that are required for growth than there is a solution. I was quite short for my age and my doctor told me that I was genetically shorter than the average height.
He said that since my body was not producing enough growth hormones that I would be eligible to take Nutropin. This is a growth hormone enhancer that you take via a shot every day. I took it for 2 years. I was about 5'2 now I'm almost 6 foot.
It is expensive but you may or may not be covered by insurance.
Ask your doctor and good luck.

There are no miracle cures to obtaining height. You are only fifteen....so you have several more years before you stop growing. All three of my sons went through several growth spurts before they turned 18.
