Pushups man. Vary the positions of your hands. A wider grip will create more of a "fly" motion. Also, either have your feet raised or lowered, this will create the incline/decline motion. Remember that a large part of you strenght in the bench comes from the triceps also, use those diamond pushups too.

push ups are far by the best way to do that. to build faster i would suggest doing wide push ups. and some sort of supplement
