okay. how do you guys stay slim? don't tell me it's just metabolsim.. what are your daily routines?

what exercises do you do everyday? how long and how much?

do you think youre fat and need to lose more weight or are you comfortable with your weight?

exercising is VERY hard to start as a routine!! how do you guys stay motivated!? how did you start?

do you think a BMI of ~22 be too much fat to wear skirts and tight clothes? should ~19 be ideal to start wearing those kinds of clothes?

how do most models control their weight? reduce food intake? most don't exercise, do they?
.. i'm not going to be annorexic.

Some people eat what ever they want (Junkfood, Fatfoods) and dont gain weight but others like me eat quite healthy and do gain weight?

the excercise is laying down on your side,
then lifting your leg up and down slowly.

im 16. been bulimic for a while now... my stomache is already up to a point where its too weak to take a dump - -
im too young to buy any laxatives?
what can i do? im pratically constipated all day....
im already intensely addicted .
can anyone tell me any other way of getting rid of this constipation besides using laxatives?

Have religious Americans any right to criticize Muslims when the difference is just a matter of degree? The healthy relaxed safe beaches of Australia, Brazil and Europe, to name a few, confirm the backwardness of Americans who feel so ashamed of their own bodies.

I'm 30 years old and I worry about my breathing. I am an (unfortunate) mouth-breather and when I try to breathe through my nose, I feel as if I can't do it for very long. Any advice? Also, I am a swimmer and want to know how can I improve my breathing when I swim? I exercise frequently but still feel as if I can't hold my breath for very long. Does drinking pop hurt that much? What else can I do? ANY advice would be great. I don't feel as if it's anything I really need to go to a doctor for but would love any advice from you guys first. Thank you!

Ok so I've been doing a 8 week gym challenge. Before the challenge my body fat was 29.9%. After doing weights twice a week (alternating between arms and legs) and cardio up to four times a week my lean muscle increased 2kgs and body fat dropped to 27.1%. Great result. Had final body fat test today after 8 weeks and after upping my weights to four times a week and cardio still up to four times a week my lean muscle weight decreased, and body fat only dropped to 26.9. My PT seems to think I've starved my body of food and rest - is this true? I've been eating the same but have noticed I've been hungrier than usual but haven't eaten more as I didn't want to increase my weight. I've been struggling with my weight for a couple of years and want to get it down to between 20 and 24%. Any tips anyone???

I know, I know a $400 suit is all I can afford. If I had more I would. anyways I'm overweight, and need a suit, not now but before I graduate college next November. Since I travel a lot for work, I end up eating out a lot, which isn't really healthy. I also don't have a refrigerator a lot and such, so I need to find either some good foods I can store, or good options of things to eat when I eat out.
