Believe it - I weighed 283 at 15 - and was only about 5'9"
Want results fast? here goes...
Breakfast - Bran cereal, sprinkled with wheat germ (It's good!), with pink grapefruit/or juice and coffee
Lunch and dinner - Tuna fish and soup. Eat a whole can of tuna in water, drained, on 2 slices whole grain bread, and homeade vegetable beef soup, or canned Campbell's soups.
Cheat/treat yourself once a day - 1 treat. One soda, one small bag of chips, one candy bar, etc. THATS IT.

You'll lose weight quickly - and, of course, even quicker with moderate excercise. I promise this works!
DO NOT THINK FOR A MINUTE - "Oh, I can have turkey or chicken - they're lean, and all that..." WRONG! This diet works on your metabolism, etc. Dress your sandwiches like you would a hamburger or BBQ - you'll dig it! NO MAYO!
This diet gets old, as you'd probably imagine - rotate with a high-protein diet (you know full well what I mean) for a day or two, then return.
BE SURE TO TAKE A MULTI - VITAMIN. ALSO, CHROMIUM PICCOLATE MAY ASSIST IN BUILDING LEAN MASS/HUNGER PANGS.
Good luck!

Exercise. Exercise. Exercise.

No soda, chips, candy bars. Limit the empty calories, lots of dairy and meat, veggies & fruit, lots, lots. Fried or fatty food--limit them. Vitamin enriched cereals are great, oatmeal, etc.

You can lift weights, walk a lot, treadmill, play football. A good game of football is worth 700-800 calories. Good way to burn fat.
