Assuming that u still have water n stuff.How long could you survive w/o food.

I'm a student in Health and Wellness. I am ALSO studying abroad in Japan.
Japanese people eat white rice at every single meal. In fact the Japanese word for meals is *gohan*(rice). My second observation is that Japanese people generally speaking are very thin by comparison to Americans.. or just about any population from a industrialized Country. Even the two French students here are more regular sized and not thin as they are famously described to be. Now back in the states I hear about everyone and their mother being on the low carb diet Atkins or some such derivative.
Apparently carbs are bad and should be avoided and limited.
I don't exactly buy it. I've had mostly white rice or noodles with meals every day since I got here but I've lost weight. However, Japanese portion sizes are smaller and have less calories.

So why is Atkins considered some sort of Dietary miracle?
Why does it shun the very basis of meals on almost every Continent?

for about a month i have been going 4 days at a time not eating more than 200 calories al together and on forth day i'll have one real meal..
well i am sick of this so today wen parents werent home i brought all this stuff to my room. 3 mozzerella sticks a 3 musketeers 2 bowls of enioce (en yaw key) (the pasta stuff) 2 chicken tenders with honey mustard 4 cans of diet coke a tub of cookie dough icecream, 2 thick slices of pumpkin bread, and a cup of chocolate pudding (not healthy stuff.. i know)

so after i ate this i felt awful.. (obviouslly) completely bloated and like a whale.. i weighd myself.. and was horrified.
so i did the bing a purge
it took about 12 tried before i actually brought anything up but after the first time... i did it again and almost ALL of it came out. this is the first time iv ever done that and i hope.. (but doubt) it will be the last... now instead of a non eating cycle im on a completely different.. even worse cyclee

I know it contains Lemon, Water, Cayenne Peper. and Maple syurp.

I'm going to be in a play in 3 or 4 weeks i dont remember right but they said i should lose some weight but i wanna try this diet and then just go to regular diet so i wont gain alot of weight easily.

Is it true it wont be so effective if i used the reguler syrup?
But will it work?

I'm confused.
I dont have much money to buy the real one cuz its expansive.

People usually tell me to do cardio, but what else makes it go away faster?

I usually do the 100 calories kettle corn packs but that is getting boring. I really want something that will fill that lil bit of hunger, but not make me feel guilty for eating it after 10pm.

i am underweight but eat 1500 calories a day. people say i'm too resrictive even though i don't strave myself or excersize. but when overweight people live off restrictive diets like 1200 calories everyones ok with it because they are "just being healthy" why???

I need an honest non biased answer; if so then I need a plan to fix it (calorie increases, points increases, foods, etc).

I am 5'6 (21 yrs old). in january i was 122 pounds so I went on weight watcher's points. I get 20 points max of 1200 calories. I am now 100 pounds. I am losing hair and havent had a period in 3 months. Please any advice would be great and be specific.

OK well I'm 13, no period, 5ft., 120lb. Well I try to do stuff like running to try to loose like 10lb. but whatever I do I can't seem to find a way to lose a pound or so. Like for example I found some 10 min. pilates videos on you tube and I've been doing it for a week or so and my sister has done it like 3 times. And she told me that her pants feel loser but mine don't!! My sister and my brother say that my body doesn't want to lose the weight and that I'm growing. So is that true? And I only feel self consious because of all of the girls at my school are like sticks!!

Hey guys,

I piled on some freshman weight last year and I'm starting to get a little softer in the midsection. I don't think I'm "fat" though and have no plans of dieting. My waistline is 38"...how "big" would you consider that? Normal? A little flabby? Overweight? Obese?

I just don't have the time for exercise. I am at school from 7:15 to 3:15 each day and I usually have to study for a test or do homework since I am in honors and AP classes.

I was wondering though if instead of eating candy or unhealthy food at school, I could eat a banana and instead of snacking alot at night I could not eat after 6. Would this make a big difference? I need to loose 30 pounds but will settle for 20.

I think I am really close to getting 6 pack abs. This is because I was while I was changing in the bathroom and I started to cough. While I was coughing, in the mirror I could see my abs starting to show (you could see the lines if you know what I mean). How much longer do you think it may take to make them show?

just need a work out plan or the morning- for a 14 year old. good diet, the what to do in work out etc etc.
like in the morning, shuld i do 100 push ups, sit ups and crunchs and stretch and head to school and when i get home just run for a couple minutes. i'm not overweight but want to even ot my body.
