i m fat , after dilevery i put on soo much, when i feel bored or dipress i eat , i eat soo much , how do i eat less ? how can i get my figure back?

I weigh 90kgs but would like to get down to 65kgs, I want to lose this weight quite fast. What is the best diet pill that will get this weight off fast. Would love to hear from anyone who has had success with a diet pill.

my dad has high cholesterol and he rarely gets sick but for the past 2 days he has been saying he feels dizzy and he doesn't have much of a appetite. all day he has been eating crackers and water but it's not helping. this morning my mom (she knows how to take blood pressure and sugar ) and she did and his blood pressure is high. im worried about him and i think he really should go to the er but is there anything that he can do now to help it a little?

trying to conceive baby #2
was in a car accident 6 months ago, and want to feel better already. I want to use the pool for this and to tone my arms and possible lose a little, not a lot, since I am trying to have a baby.
I will only be using the pool and maybe the bike or tredmil, slowly.

i wanna get a six-pack soon...i've been trying to reduce the fat, as many have advised. i'm doing leg-lifts for 20 minutes every other day. is that good? should i incorporate other sorts of ab exercises? i have nothing; no equipment, just my bare hands. yeah, what are the difference between leg lifts and crunches?

even if i do heeps of sport is it ok to eat excessively unheathy?
i used to eat mc donalds like 5 times a week but do sport the same amount too... do they cancel each other out? if not, what may i most likely be doing to myself... heart/health related etc.

Has anyone ever used weight loss supplements or diet pills that really worked and they were impressed with. I'm not obese so I really don't think my Dr. would prescribe me anything. So, what do you think? I already exercise a little and I know nothing is overnight and there is no quick fix.

Ok 20% of my calories used to come from fat. But when I cut back more on my fat intake, 7-10% I lost a lot more weight..but not healthy looking. All my bones show in my back, my hips, I can even feel my tailbone. For the past two months my fat intake has been 7-10% and carbs 70%. Is the weight loss because of the low fat intake..should I increase it?

I am 5'3 and 143 pounds. If I eat 1700 cals a day and burn 500 cals a day wil I lose weight?
How can I burn 500 calories? How long would I have to go on the tredmill? I usually run at 5.2.

I feel no other recourse than to do just that. This is due to problems I have had in the last 14 months with two locations based in California, and the Curves Corporate Office based in Texas, not stepping in to assist in the dispute by forcing them to abide by the rules of their franchises.
The problems range from charging my credit card for two months in a row after I transfered my membership from one location to another, to claiming that my documents in my personal file were shredded, and allowing the manager to probe information from other staff employees about me as a member based on private conversations I may have had with them.
Has anyone had to file a similar lawsuit and what was your outcome? Can I sue in Small Caims Court for not only my membership dues partial refund as well as for wages lost from time taken off work?
Thanking you all in advance for your help and advice. I NEVER would have joined any Curves if I had known how poorly they are run and monitored.

My stomach tends to growl a lot in my class before lunch. It's sorta loud that the person in front of me can hear it. And if your asking if I eat breakfast yes! I do! I eat a big bowl of cereal! It still growls so is there something I can do to prevent it?

I'm 17 years old 5'7 and i weigh 113 and if i don't eat right the day before i go down to like 110. i really need to gain weight because my arms are so skinny and because I'm skinny i don't like to work out with my friends because I'm so weak. i also get tired real fast even though I'm athletic. i wear big, short sleeved, buttoned up shirts that cover up as much of my arms as much as possible. just so i can have a style i wear it in a hardcore Mexican gangster style but i don't feel anything like a gangster. i just want to be normal. i don't even worry about what i eat, i just eat what ever i want when ever but i still haven't gained nothing. i started to do push ups every morning and night until i could do at least 2 or 3 reps of 40 push ups but stopped when nothing happened. how do i gain weight?

Im 5'11 and about 140 and i want to gain between 25-30 pounds. I'm going to start a workout routine in a few days and I'm not sure what foods to eat.

I pretty much hate vegetables and I know chicken is a good one, but I don't have time to cook anything. I work 60 hours a week and can't really afford to cook(timewise).


I bought some whey protein for drinks. I'd rather eat healthy when I gain the weight, but mostly I have to grab fastfood with working alot and other obligations. I'm going to do my best to avoid fastfood as much as possible, but it's hard sometimes. Any help on what I could cook/eat that is fast would be great. Btw, I suck at cooking too!
