sounds like I submit to in innovations my Grandmother asserting some thing approximately how chewing gum wasn't stable for me because of the fact it ought to reason my abdomen to be disillusioned. in accordance with that, I did somewhat examine and curiously, once you chew, it honestly starts the digestive technique. My theory is that in view which you're actually not swallowing something after the gum and it sounds like it would take a stable little bit of time between once you consume breakfast and once you're 'in college' , the chewing gum is triggering digestive 'stuff' that would not have any food to act on, so it only makes noises at the same time because it acts interior of your empty abdomen. base line, attempt skipping the gum and drink some water rather. additionally, according to threat have a pair crackers or some thing between breakfast and lunch.

A bowl of cereal simply is not enough for your tummy. Try adding a toast, or have a in-between snack.

You need to eat a snack mid-morning. One of the energy bars on the way to your next class, a piece of fruit, a slice of cheese. Your stomach is telling you it needs something in there.

your body never actually takes any carbs grouped as fiber out of the digestive tract. what this stomach gurgling is isn't air, per se. it is within your small intestine, all of it water and fiber, zero poo. something fatty or greasy can counteract this, like sausage or eggs.
