Has anyone ever used weight loss supplements or diet pills that really worked and they were impressed with. I'm not obese so I really don't think my Dr. would prescribe me anything. So, what do you think? I already exercise a little and I know nothing is overnight and there is no quick fix.

there are no miracle pills/teas/patches/injections.
fat loss is all about calories in vs calories out.
find daily calorie intake calculator, enter your stats and find maintenance intake- take off 400-600cal and you will lose eating that much a day.
use fitday.com to track your intake
eat 5-6 small meals a day -make healthy food choices - complex carbs, lean protein, healthy fats, dietary fiber (5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day) etc.
cardio 4-6 times a week for average of 45min, light weight training a few times a week
at least 8 glasses of water a day
no candy, junk/fast food, fried food, nothing made out of white flower, no processed foods, no sodas

Glad you know there is no quick fix thats healthy for you. Its about knowing what is healthy for you. Try drinking Decafeinated Green Tea, its great for you and detoxifies your body. Oatmeal is great also, its a natural cleanse. Eat this because it binds with other food and fat in your body and flushes it out. Not to mention it sticks to your ribs longer(keeps you full) Eat fresh fish, Wild Alaskan salmon is the best. But any fish you ad to your diet is great. If you have a Jamba business in your area go to it. They have these great smoothies that are made fresh with free boosts. Energy, Fiber, Immunity, Daily Vitamin, and Calcium boosts. Other boosts that aren't free, they charge around 50 cents. These are Heart Happy, Antioxidant Power, Weight Burner, and Whey Protein. They also have Functional smoothies. They're called the Heart defender, Fit'n Fruitful(good one to help slim down), Acai super antioxidant, Protein berry workout. These are good for before or after a workout.

If you want to reduce your weight, you need to do a lot of exercise to accelerate your metabolism. It's better if you do cardiovascular exercise, because this kind of exercise helps you burn fat...

You should begin with a good eating plan, combining fats and sweets with fruits and vegetables. It will be better if you drink at least eight glasses of water daily to control your calories and your cholesterol.

If you want you can use some pills to control your weight and to accelerate the process of burning fat.

I know some pills which you can use to reduce your weight. Those pills are Xenical. Its results are excellent and fast.

Exercise and eating healthy are PROVEN IDEAS!!!!!!!
People these days need to learn you dont need pills to lose weight.
