Um... the way muscles and fat works is. You eat a food, and gain fat. If you work out the fat gets transformed into muscle. Thats how muscles form. And each time you work out, you would get soar muscles. This occurs from muscle fibers tearing. This is a good thing because the next time it heals it becomes stronger. You should eat a healthy diet not mc donalds. It clogs your arteries and sports does not cancel it out. Try to eat more fruits if you like sweet stuff. Like an apple, orrange, or banana after playing sports. Do not over do sports if you are on the slim side unless you eat a healthy diet.

not if you want to truly be healthy. because being athletic is not the same as being healthy.

your body manufactures each and every cell out of the nutrients that you put in your body. cells made from fish, leafy vegetables and other whole foods will be markedly healthier than cells made by nutrients derived from McDonalds foods, chips and cupcakes. if the raw material used to manufacturer an item is "junk" the end product will also to be "junk". you are what you eat

Mcdonalds is junk for your body (and costs a lot). Although your body MIGHT cancel out the junk you eat, wouldn't it be better for you to just eat more healthy?

no, the sport will help but alot of the trans fats will still be in your system, you will also probably be low in vitamins and minerals.
