I am 32
weight 195
trying to conceive baby #2
was in a car accident 6 months ago, and want to feel better already. I want to use the pool for this and to tone my arms and possible lose a little, not a lot, since I am trying to have a baby.
I will only be using the pool and maybe the bike or tredmil, slowly.

I would not worry about toning but on decreasing your total bodyweight by about 15-20% before you get pregnant again. it will result in a much easier time for you losing your pregnancy weight and having a healthier baby. all of the recent medical studies have shown that mothers (with high levels of body fat) with high glucose/insulin levels can pass these traits to the baby increasing their odds of having a metabolic disorders.

I enjoy 24 HR. I would suggest that you try to get your exercise program and a little weight loss in place now as your doctor will discourage starting anything new once you are pregnant. Also with higher weight, you can add some potential complications. Blah, blah, anyway, good gym with good rates, plus ours here have kids club for once the kids are 6 months old for a monthly fee (2 hrs use per day).

That would be good you maay want to check with your doctor about it though just to make sure you dont hurt the baby. I love going to gyms the pools saunas, and the bikes are amazing i did the bike and watched what i ate and lost 15 pounds in 2 months you shold also try yoga classes. There is so much to do at these gyms there is sure to be something to fit your needs
