I work out on a regular basis. I drink protein shakes after my workouts. I used natural supplements and I have pretty good lifts. I know that if you use multi vitamins everyday after a while your body just stores what's needed and the rest gets thrown out! How often then should I use a multi vitamin for the best overall effect?

how are there those girls who dont go to the gym stay so skinny?? i have a friend who use to be chunky a few years back before i was friendly with her. she is rediculously petite now and i see her eat so i know she doesnt starve herself..yet she NEVER works out. also, victoria beckham..they say they never see her coming in and out of a gym and she claims to not workout..how do they do it?!...and if they do jsut eat one meal a day or very little how do they stay skinny if people claim by not eating enough your body goes into starvation mode?
