Yes. I consume at least five servings of fruits and vegetables a day. While whole fruit is best, I do have a glass of orange juice because it is fortified with calcium and folic acid, which I especially need for breastfeeding. So don't make a blanket stament such as, "We as [A]mericans are not getting enough." (I corrected your uncapitalized "Americans." In addition to blanket statements, I do not like basic spelling, grammar, and/or punctuation mistakes either. It shows that one does not pay attention to details, which is not good.

Speaking of which, you claim that you "fix" a smoothie every morning? Is/Are the smoothie(s) broken? If it/they constantly break(s), what does that show for the quality of the product?

I am not interested. I'll stick with real fruits and vegetables. They're cheaper and healthier.
