I eat tons of junk food every day, but I'm not skinny. I don't usually gain weight after weeks of junk food binges, but I'm not superskinny either. (5'10 and 136 lbs)

I'm talking about people who are 5'7 and 100 lbs!

How is it that their metabolism is so high when they don't have muscle mass? (They never exercise)

I'm jealous, darn it.

I do lose weight quickly, but that would involve restricting to 2000 cals a day, and it's pretty tough.

I am a 13 year old, (5"4 and a half) girl, and got my period last Sunday. I'm still having it. Since Saturday morning, I was 109 pounds, SERIOUSLY, I weighed myself carefully, and this morning I was 102 pounds. It is the same scale, and up to date, and not broken. I compared it with the doctor's last month.
I was wondering if this is normal, because I'm pretty scared, because couldn't this be considered "rapid weight loss"?

is it really just as simple as burning more calories than you intake to lose weight? i generally intake 500-900 calories fewer a day than my body burns (average), but i eat unhealthily often, such as fast food about twice a week. could that prevent me from losing weight, even though i still am technically burning more than i need? thanks guys.

im 16, 5'3 and weight 156,my family tells me that im not fat anymore but i dont believe them,i used to be 170,but know i cant seem to go on a normal diet,everyminute im just thinking of how fat i am and sometimes i feel horribly obese and start crying and get ashamed of people seeing how fat i am, but for the past weeks sometimes i would throw up what i eat because i feel guilty about it and other times i would go days without eating,and sometimes i feel like i cant stop eating..can anyone please give me any advice on how to stop thinking like this???i just want to be able to eat normaly without worrying everytime...help!!

ok, i know i should defenitely exercise, and I LOVE EXERCISING the problem is, i go to a really strict school, the best available actually, and i get about 5 hours of daily homework and studying. I leave school at about 3:30 everyday I play soccer twice a week, but then, when i get home at 5 and i sometimes don't sleep at night cuz i have a lot of homework. i usually go to bed at 12:00, im not kidding. ad school starts at 7:00 !! I've tried scheduling, but I always end up really tired. The only free time i have when i can exercise is on the weekends, and ive tried, but then i can't hang out with my family. School isn't getting any easier, i could change my diet, but everyone keeps saying its unheatly to cut so many calories. Can i lose weigh without exercising at all? is there any exercise i can do while i do my schoolwork or something or some exercise that i can do only on the weekend and still get the same results? ANYTHING!! i need help..

I'm 16 years old and my mom bought me this bottle of multivitamins. They're called "Rainbow Light Teen Multivitamin"

I know that some vitamins can harm your body if you take too much. I think vitamins A, D, E, and K can be toxic if taken over the limit. The suggested intake is 1 to 3 pills a day. But I'm scared because what if i damage my body taking the pills and eating a variety of foods everyday at the same time?

What do you suggest I should take?

I am 14 years old. Next year i wanted to play football so i want to work out but i want to make sure i dont stunt my growth...is their any wiegthlifing that will? It would be very helpfull if someone could provide me with a workout routine that will work my legs and upper body but will not stunt my growth please:)

today i ate rice, veggies, and chicken and then threw up. then i had a litre of ice cream and then threw up. and finally i had a piece of pizza and some candy and then threw up. i feel terrible and fat and i wish i could just diet like normal people, but i get so hungry.

Hi I do want to lose weight but I desided that I really would preffer to lose inches more than the weight because I'm actually almost at a normal weight just a few pounds over. So how can I lose 4 inches off my stomache area fast and safe? And when I say fast I mean like a few months or more. Please help!

I am 20 years old and applying to college so I have no time to work out as I used to. I need to lose about 31 pounds, but I want to know how much can I lose by eating only fruit and vegetables (including1 banana a day) and dinner in the evening- I cant get out of it,at the end of 46 days? Have you ever used the Teeter F5000 inversion table?Is it worth $300? I need advice.I am 16 yrs. old and I have managed to save up about $400 of allowance.This is a stressful decision to make considering I don't have a job so large amounts of money are hard to come by.Jobs are too in my small town especially during school time.So should I spend $300 on this specific inversion table.Either way I have to get one because I want to grow taller and I am a female and being sixteen I don't have forever to increase my height so I need to make a hasty but wise decision.
