bacon,egg,rice mix and fry, baked beans, carrot cabbage onion salad,pork crackle.lots of fibre ginseng ginger in every thing you eat .I'm 73y 80kg and muscles fit for 20 km walk every day good for all night need more ??don't believe in that diet crab

eat complex carbs only; eg... Whole grains, potatos, eat lean protien and fresh fruits and veggies, do not eat sugary foods like cake and cookies. Stay away from soda and fruit juices unless you squeeze it yourself. DRINK ALOT OF WATER!!!!
