ok. i need to go on a diet and loose 15 pounds. (thats my goal). im 13 years old, and want to know what my calorie intake should be on this diet. i also wanna know how many carbs i should eat on the diet too. helpppppp!

the most practical way to restict caloric intake is to eat everything in moderation and practice portioning. You are still too young to indulge yourself in a diet. If you want to lose weight, be physically active, join a sport, dance class etc,.
