Depends on the type of diet you are on. The sugar free ice cream will have fat in it, so choose wisely. I go for the sugar free Popsicles.

Yes.... but I recommend eating something really tastey, but in a small quantity. Go get some super double fudge low sugar ice cream and only eat one scoop. Savor it. If you deny yourself the things you love, you are going to cave. Or go nuts. Me? I made some brownies from scratch with the Splenda sugar blend for baking. I ate ONE small brownie. Turns out, the smell of it baking was VERY satisfying!!! Then I took the rest of them down to my husbands work.

When you're changing your eating habits you can have anything you want......in moderation.
So a small bowl of any kind of ice cream every so often is fine.

sugar free can still contain fat. moderation is key, and you won't feel deprived! i believe a reccommended portion is about the size of a half of a baseball.

Every diet needs a little wiggle room.
If it's sugar free, go for it!
