You can have them with anything but preferably with food to not get nausea.

It's fine to take those vitamins with coffee. It won't change a thing. It's a good question, though. A lot of medications are changed by what you take them with.

B complex should not be taken with coffee. Coffee may decrease its absorption. (Coffee also decreases iron absorption).

Coffee does not usually affect Vitamin C absorption. It would be best to take your vitamins with water, then have your coffee about 1/2 hour later.
