Teenagers have problems like School 6 hours a day, Pressure to get skinny, Hardly anytime when they hit highschool because of their busy schedules and so on...

So my question is "Who has a harder time losing weight, ADULTS or TEENS"!

i am right now above 138 pounds
i am 12 yrs
my height is 5 inches and a half inch..means - 5''5.5
and...this is my daily routine as to what i do to lose my weight..see if it is correct and give me tips as to how i can improve it -
1. morning i wake up and drink 2 glasses of water
2.i have my tea
3.then i drink lots of water again in between the 3 hours
4.at 1 in the afternoon i eat my lunch..little rice,and some vegetables
5.then the whole day i try to drink as much as water that i can
6.i do some dancing for half an hour and some other exercises for another half an hour.
some yoga in the morning


thats it..so plz help me !!!!!!
tell me what i can do to improve my schedule
some other weight loss tips
some exercises on some website
and some other things....your answers will be appreciated

i've been steadily loosing 3 pounds a week over the last month, but i've been a little stressed out this week and it's causing me to feel hungry at night. i've been eating maybe 600 calories a day (just until i hit goal weight), but now, at night i'll eat little snacks, like a bowl of steamed brocoli with soy sauce, or an egg. i try to avoid eating more by drinking LOTS of tea. i might drink five cups with a few table spoons of milk and a little honey. this exrta portion of food and tea seems to be just enough to keep me from dropping weight. it doesn't seem right. at most i could only be eating 1000 calories, i'm still exersizing. could these small night time snacks really be enough to stop weightloss?

I know eating before going to bed is bad, but if I go to bed hungry then I either can't sleep or I sleepwalk, but I'm trying to lose several pounds before Thanksgiving. What are some good light snacks that you can eat before bed?

(I never liked yogurt, so anything but that)

i weigh 148 and im 5'1.my goal is to get to 115.i started my diet some weeks ago and stopped. it was only for about ten days. the reason i stopped was because the first 5 days of being on a diet i gained 5 lbs. thats like 1 pound a day.i was 144 and went to 148. i was really upset cuz i jogged every morning even though i hated it because it was very struggling. i hate 3 times a day but. i would eat special k cerial for breakfast and maybe a fruit, and a healthy choice meal for lunch and dinner and then take a stacker 2. i dont understand how i could gain 4 extra lbs. so the next 5 days i weighed myself again and it told me i weighed 147.5. i got so ticked off. is this normal? but now im gonna start back on my diet but i would just like to know what kinda foods is good to eat everyday for breakfast lunch and dinner and how mcuh of i should i eat. thats why i gave up on my diet bcuz i dont understand how much food to eat. i need as many good answers asap cuz im about to go crazy

For those people who don't want to read my life story. The question is : I can only lift the bar, how should i workout reps and sets to catch up to my friends who go 100+ without getting huge.


ok, so i signed up for this gym with a bunch of friends, and let me just tell you. I AM WEAK! they were benching like 130's and stuff, and when I tried I struggled and shook by trying to lift the bar!!! the bar!!!! well my friends don't really care, but i do. it hurts my pride, and it saddens me. So i plan on going to the gym alittle more often than them, and i wish to ask how do you start benching? How many reps and sets and all that jazz. I want to catch up to them. Also I wanna do it in a way so that i don't get that huge. I actually don't want to get huge, i just want to get stronger.

I feel so fat, I'm 10 kilos more than most of my friends, I ask my mum to get me onto a diet cos I know I cant do it by myself, I ask her not to give in when I ask her for junk, but she doesn't, I want to know how to lose at least 10 kilos, I know I cant do it all at once and it will take a long time, but this is really bugging me, most of my friends are nice about it, but then it's just depressing cos I know they're putting it on, even this girl Mikayla straight out says I'm fat

In just one year and 1/2 i gained 21 kilos.I dont know how it happened. I went from being 52 kilos (where i was told by mom that i was on the border line of anorexia ) up to 73 (where i am told that i am chubby). I use to be fit. For somereason, i just decided to eat the things i want to eat and since then, it just kept on piling up.Although i am tall, i do look overweight. My family doctor laughs at me (i laugh at myself too) he tells me that i need to find my will power and get in control. Its very difficult.I keep telling myself that i will but it just never happens. My friends at school treat me differently.I do care about these treatments but overall i just want to be healthy and fit, they way i use to be; Where i would come first in a marathon but now i cant even keep up with the other kids in my pe class. How do i find will power. I dont want a quick fix, and loose the pounds out of deprivity.I want to live healthily. Whats the key to living heathier and longer?

i need help cause i want to lose fat as fast as i can im on a diet....i eat eggs in the morning with wheat bread in school. i have lunch and i eat everyday wheat bread sandwhich with lettuce tomato and cheese but sometimes if i skip lunch i buy one of those big pretzels and eat it..not sure if its healthy or not then when i get home i eat rice with turkey ..then i go to the gym and start exercising i do alot of cardio they teach boxing there although i dont like boxing i do it anyway theres a whole bunch of stuff to do there ....i exercise for about 3 hours i get home and prolly hav a turkey sandwich or egg sandwich then i go to sleep..and i do drink alot of water ...i cut out juice and soda from my diet ..is there anything im missing?

Because I know we all burn calories with everyday activities.

I want to lose weight but I don't want to burn myself out.

I eat healthy food: Salmon, Turkey, Green Beans, Apples (my main fruit), lettuce, fat free milk/ yogurt, cherrios and 64 ounces of water. I haven't counted my calories exactly but I estimate about 1300, maybe 1400 on a greedy day.

i run the 3 miles in about 23 minutes every time. i play baseball and football too. i also weight lift alot. i need to lose 20 pounds. ive been running for about a month everyday and still fat?!?!?!
