Please help. I know you can't get the exact right weight with just height and age, but as much as you can. I need a zone. Like 120-150 or something like that.

I'm actually worried about being too light. I do have a muscular figure, but I may be too skinny. I model, so I'm not sure that I am healthy right now.

Actually your zone of 120-150 is pretty good. Remember, muscles weight more then fat, so if you get in good shape you can actually weigh more and look better.

any weight for a girl who is 5'10 thats under 140 is usually considered no that healthy. but you never know people, distribute and carry weight differently. so if you are more then that range don't worry yourself. the amount of muscle can be a factor of how much more you will weight than someone else that same height. personally i am that height and i weigh 178 but when you see me you would most likely guess i weigh alot less. but a big factor to that is that i play volleyball and basketball so i carry alot of muscle even though i do look very feminine and curvy. my body fat % is very low so it varies from person to person. there is no real "range".

I was 5'10 at that age but I was very athletic so I weighed about 155-165. When I turned about 17 I was 185 and I loved that size I was curvy. If you are not an athlete you might want to try 150 depending on what size you want to wear.

I am 16, 5'10" and I weigh 138 (weighed myself a week ago). I am very skinny because my weight is proportionate with my height. Your weight depends on your body type. For average girls I would say 130-160

100 is a bit on the underweight side...I'm like, 5'2" and is 100 pounds. And that's still under the small side.
Go for around 120-140 pounds.
Or just look around these sites:

well i am 29 and 5'6" and i weigh 130... that is considered average but really i am super skinny with a bit of a left over belly from 2 kids.. it really depends on the structure of your bones and how/where-what areas you carry it. my sister weighed 180 once and she is about my height but she looked like she weighed a lot less. instead of worrying about numbers, what do you think when you look in to a mirror..?

It depends on the girls build (small boned or large boned) but as a median I'd say 155lbs or so. Anything less on a frame that tall would look sickly and underweight.

5'10 is pretty tall,
I am pretty sure ideal weight for this age and height would be between 140 and 170 lbs
