No, keep continuing it. But just eat normally and keep excercising.

Yes your missing the fact that you are eating a whole lot of carbs, and all the exercise you are doing isn't going to touch the amount of carbs you eat. When you eat eggs in the morning try to do it without the bread. At lunch forget the sandwich and eat the lettuce, tomato with fat free dressing. Never skip your meals, and eat a pretzel, which is all carbs and not good for you. Then you eat rice, which is some more carbs. You then exercise come home eat some more carbs then go to bed with all that food on your tummy. Are you seeing what you are missing? You need a healthy diet, with lots of veggies. Eat those and you will fill full. If you eat healthy food in small quantities every 3 hours with water. The weight will come off. Of course you have to exercise to burn what ever calories you ate, plus extra for the excess weight you are trying to lose. You are not going to lose this right away, but 2 pounds every week is great.

Good for you! It's always good to be conscious of your health. :) You sound like a very healthy eater.

Just be wary of your portions. Don't eat an extremely large sandwich, or too many eggs (probably 2 max with a piece of whole wheat toast if necessary) or anything like that. Keep your portions average size and not too large. Eating a soft pretzel is not the worst thing you can get, but if possible, try to buy fruit or vegetables instead. Keep up the exercise for sure, and stick to your healthy eating habits!

Weight loss is NOT a fast thing so don't think it is going to be. It is definitely going to take some time, and trust me, I know that that's frustrating! But if you keep up the healthy eating you will surely see significant results within a few months, and within a year you will get huge benefits! Keep in mind that the benefits will not only be physical but will also be mental and emotional (you will be happier!).

Also make sure to not eat too many condiments (meaning mayonnaise, mustard, etc.), fatty foods (ex: cheese- good for you, but a lot will do you more harm than good), and white bread (whole wheat is the best by far).

GOOD LUCK! :) You are off to an AMAZING start!

Even though you are eating wheat bread, rice, etc.....that is a lot of carbohydrates every day which are big no no's when trying to lose weight. Stay away from foods like bread, pasta, rice, etc. Try eating more protein which helps keep muscle while burning fat. Only drink water and juice with very little sugar and some milk, but not too much. I have lost 25 pounds this year doing this. Try it!!

First off, you eat way way too many eggs. One egg a day is the limit for your daily allowance of cholesterol. Even if you lose weight, they way you're going your cholesterol is going to be SKY HIGH.

How about changing to a low fat high fiber cereal in the morning? Or, fruit and yogurt? Then for lunch, a sandwich wrap instead of using wheat bread. (Wheat bread can cause bloating in some people by the way). Your dinner sounds fine. The pretzel snack isnt going to ruin your diet either.

The key is never skip meals. You need to eat small amounts of healthy food every 3 to 4 hours, or your body will start storing everything you eat. When you skip meals, you are also more likely to pig out later.

Also, don't eat within 4 hours of sleeping. If you have to eat, eat a banana for a snack, or some granola with yogurt.

You did not state your age or if you went to a doctor before starting your diet. Please be careful. I applaud you for being able to do this on your own. But do be mindful of your overall health. The best to you and get into a support group. 150 lbs is a lot to lose and it will take months. Nice and easy does it. It will take time - you're doing great and I'd like to know that you will continue. Some days are better than others - I've lost weight before and... like I said ... some days are better than other and you just sometimes need a friendly voice that's in the same place as you are, going thur the same thing as you're going thru. A support group is good to have.

It sounds like you are disciplined and determined , making the change is always the hardest part so I applaud you. Now , eggs are great , I personally eat egg whites and even though wheat bread is better than white , watch your bread intake. A proper diet + cardio exercise = weightloss .

I know how you feel I am about 100 pounds over weight. I am going on a diet , I am going to high school and I want to do some of the things my skinny friends do. Try to go vegetation diet and exercise 30 minutes every day. Going vegetarian will improve your body in many ways. Try to eat 1200 calories daily. My mom went on a diet and she followed what a book said it was called Eat to Live , not Live to Eat and she lose 20 pounds in 6 weeks and didn't exercise if she were to exercise she would have lost like 40 pounds and good luck. E-mail me at ilovecockerspaniels95@yahoo.com so I can give you tips.

Sorry about that guy that answered first - he is a total d*uchebag and I hope he is really, really ugly.

1. Never skip a meal.
2. Eat healthy snacks between meals - if you eat too few calories, it can actually stunt your weight loss.
3. Bulk up on veggies.

You're doing everything really well! But remember, it took a while to put the weight on, and it's going to take a while to take it off. Besides, if you loose the weight too quickly, it is more likely to come back. Make living healthy a lifestyle change rather than a diet - that way you will maintain your healthy weight once you reach it. Good luck!
Also, you should join a group that keeps you accountable, like Weight Watchers.

try not to eat bread at every serving. even if it's wheat bread and load up on vegs and fruits. stay away from fried foods and lose that big pretzel - 2 many calories and also very salty. don't go to sleep right after you eat. oh and lose the processed sandwich meats and the cheese. try yogurt & fruit for after exercising. your last meal should be before 7 pm. good luck.

Change up your diet. Don't keep eating the same things over and over. You'll get burnt out and bored! If you exercise three hours a day....that can be too much. Take it slow. When you plateau what are you going to do? Six hours? Good luck to you! There are different weight lose websites you can join to help you along. They keep track of your weight loss and can help you with your food choices! Best of luck to you!
