I have been running on too much adrenaline lately, and I can't seem to work it out with my typical workouts. Any suggestions on how to calm the fire?

Relaxation exercise:
1. Lay on your back in a comfortable position
2. Have nothing restricting on
3. Starting with your eyes, close them tight tensing all the muscles for a ten count then relax them and feel the relaxation flow from your eyes
4. Next your forehead, tensing all the muscles for a ten count then relax them and feel the relaxation flow from your forehead.
5. Next your jaw, tensing all the muscles for a ten count then relax them and feel the relaxation flow from your jaw.
6. Next your neck, tensing all the muscles for a ten count then relax them and feel the relaxation flow from your neck.
7. Next your shoulders, tensing all the muscles for a ten count then relax them and feel the relaxation flow from your shoulders.
8. Next your left arm, tensing all the muscles for a ten count then relax them and feel the relaxation flow from your left arm.

On the tenth time inhale as much as you can filling you lungs as much as possible try holding it for 15 seconds then slowly exhale and return to normal breathing. This should place your body in a compleatly relaxed state.
