what should i consume i don't want to grow muscular just normal muscle size ... what kind of food should i consume ...

Every time i eat for my lunch and dinner ... i scare it will make my stomach bigger.

I was sat in bed this morning with my brew and a big selection box of biscuits and I realised something... I think people who diet look at their food very negatively!

I'm gonna go out on a limb and admit I'm naturally slim. Size 8-10, and I'm a pretty constant weight.

But I really think it's because I don't beat myself up about what I eat... Because then you create a forbidden fruit relationship with food, and you also feel bad abput yourself because you've done something "bad" (i.e. eaten foods you see as bad)

I'm waffling on now, so I'll get to the point. Try your best to eat within reason. If you have eaten salads all week and really fancy a big takeaway, have it... Enjoy it as the treat it is. Then move on... You're not gonna go back to square one because of one takeaway!

Accept you're human, accept you need to treat yourself once in a while, and know your limits!

Any opinions on this theory will be happily received! Happy eating folks!

i am 5ft 4in and 13 years old.
i am 130 pounds and i wish to be around 110.
i know on the BMI calculator it says i am healthy but i just make it on the bmi charts.

so i am wondering. please... how long did it to take you do drop the weight...and how did you do it?

I worked out really long and hard two days ago... It left me extremely sore and tonight when I went to work out, I had to take it easier on myself...

I felt frustrated, because I didn't get to push myself as hard...

Silly but it discourages me when I don't give it my all..

I am trying to get rid of Soda in my daily drink routine right now and replacing it with water. I have been drinking a lot of soda for a while. I've heard different amounts of water to drink. From 8 glasses a day to half your weight in ounces (for example if you way 140lbs you will drink 70 ounces of water).
For me, drinking one large Evian bottle is enough of a challenge but I figure I need to work up to something.
And, how long will it take to notice a change in myself? Mentally or physically? Right now all I feel is tired, like I need the caffeine still.

i am allergic to lots of foods, so the only things i can eat are veggies and fruits. and the grapes are best tolarated- like i don`t get bloated and stuff.

Working on the bench press when people say you should do 3 sets of 8-12 reps or something, are they talking in one whole day, or half an hour? After doing 3 sets of 12 should i call it day?Or wait 15 - 20 minutes do it again?

is there anything a doctor do to make me loose weight, like put me on a pill or anything, i dont want surgery but have thought about it. im 14 and weigh 140lbs. i hate how i look. cause im short, every pound shows more than someone whos tall. please help. im going to the doctor soon for something like a check up and i want to ask him then. usually stuff works better if perscribed by a doctor so i feel a diet pill or something will work better if from a doctor.

i am having the hardest time staying motivated to lose weight. i work out religiously, although it probably helps just keep me at the weight i am am and keeps my heart healthy above anything else.

my problem i eating!! i definitely eat when i'm stressed or bored which happens more often than not most days. i'm usually not even hungry when i decide to eat. i'm not overweight at all, but i just can't stop this eating and instead of maintaining this weight, i'd like to lose about 10 pounds of it.

what are some ways to stay motivated? or to not eat as much as i do? help meeee
