depends on your preference... if you're not dieting / or cautious of your sugar intake, a full cream would be the most delicious. However, for those weight-conscious / health conscious people, skimmed milk is the best option

Nowadays I prefer skimmed though I never thought I would have it at all. Its amazing what you get used to while dieting. Now I find any other milk disgustingly rich. Plus, because of the manufacturing process, skimmed milk is, if anything, higher in calcium than other milks. Children should always have full fat milk however, as the fats are essential for their development.

Semi skimmed cos its healthy - but sometime you just have to have ice cold full cream milk on cornflakes with lots of sugar!!!

I buy skimmed milk ,but as the coffee lover I am,some times I use a bit of skimmed milk,a bit of evaporated milk and a spot of cream !!!

Semi, full skimmed tastes too much like water and full fat tastes too much like cream. Semi tastes like milk.
