I am taking it right now. I took it in the past and lost 7 pounds in almost 2 weeks.
I take 2 teaspoons with 8ozs of water, right before meals. I don't use honey, I feel it will not work if I do.
The benefits of Apple Cider Vinegar can be traced back to Biblical times, the ancient Egyptians, Hippocrates, treated his patients with Apple Cider Vinegar (or ACV). Julius Caesar’s army used ACV to stay healthy and fight off disease. The Greeks and Romans kept vinegar vessels for healing and flavoring, and Samurai warriors drank it for strength and power. Today the benefits of ACV are still being felt and used daily, the traditional dosage of ACV is 2-3 Tsp of ACV in 8 oz of water 3x a day. Add honey to taste.

It's a good way to detox your bowels but 4 tbsp seems like too much.
It is easier for me to mix 1 tbsp. lemon in 16-20 oz. water with honey and stir. If you are doing the apple cider instead, (I think it is best) I find it easier to take a 2 tsp. vinegar and swallow fast. Then drink the water. I can't stand the vinegar water, though. The thing to remember is...if you take the vinegar, you MUST drink the water...all of it!

I've drank it.
I put about 3-4 table spoons (or more if i want more) in a full sized mug, put about a table spoon of honey (or more if i want more) and fill it up with warm-hot water. Stir it well, and yum ... good for you.
So basically, you've got it right. The only detail I added was to add more if you want more.
Cheers

"There is no scientific evidence showing that apple cider vinegar can aid in weight loss. Followers of the apple cider vinegar diet claim that it is effective against weight loss when complemented by a sensible diet and exercise program. Apple cider vinegar diet involves consumption of 2-3 teaspoons of apple vinegar before every meal. It may be difficult at first due to the strong acidic nature of the vinegar."

okay so I have a mom whom is a health freak. She has me take it straight. Dont' dilute it because you lose the effect. just man it up sally and take it all together the honey will help it stick to your throat. I promise this is the way to do it. I should do this tonight I always forget about this.

you can drink it straight so you can't go wrong. anything that makes it easier to swallow is a good thing.
the honey is good for you and kills the vinager gag reflex.
once a day is a-ok. three maybe a bit overkill but no harm no foul except the after taste.

I did that for a while and it did nothing to help my metabolism. I still know people who swear by it, and the directions you have given are those I followed exactly.
