i was looking at the mickey d's nutrion thing earlier and it says the were no calories or no fat i didnt know that is that true for all black tea?

yup its true and same with mustard 0 calories but ketchup has a lot tho ( =

Black brewed tea with nothing added has about 2 calories per 8-ounce cup. Some teas have more. For example specialty teas with added carob, cinnamon, etc. might have up to 5 calories per cup. Of course this is effectively still very close to zero!

There are no calories in tea--or coffee for that matter. The calories start adding up when you add cream, sugar, etc.

no calories in tea. some flavored teas may have 5 cals.

no cals in general unless you add milk, lemon, honey, sugar, etc.

all coffee and tea (any kind black, green, etc.). with no added milk/cream or sweetners, hot or cold have zero calories.
