You could live for the now like I did and not care about your future health.

Caffeine in large quantities over time can be hard on your heart and circulatory system.

I wised up and learned that junk in gives junk out results as far as my body.

If you're lucky, your genetics will be tolerant of diet and habitual intake of things not so good for your body. Some people lack the genetic strength to stand up to such diets and habits.

That will have to be a judgment call on your part of how much of your future health are you willing to gamble?

the diet sodas have artificial sweeteners that some people have issues with but it beats the heck out of the 3 tablespoons of sugar in a regular soda. The energy drinks will give a first class case of the jitters nothing more... My guess is that you'll get tired of paying $4.00 dollars per can (or more) for an expensive cup of coffee and eventually you'll cut way back on the sodas as well..

Drinking stimulants such as coffee, does wonderful things for your heart;

Every time your heart beats, there is a 1-second rest. That is when your heart muscles relax. Like when we fall asleep at night and our muscles in our body go to sleep, too.

Now, drink stimulants such as coffee, there is NO 1-second rest. Your heart muscles keep pumping and pumping. Sure, you are awake all the time.

But your heart muscles get weaker and weaker. Next you have irregular heart beats. Then BIG TIME heart problems.

But who cares? You are alert, awake, 24 hours a day. Who needs rest, who needs sleep. You are working long hours and making money!!

Your health is gone, never to come back. Oh well, you made a lot of money when you were OK and drinking coffee and energy drinks.

If I don't get enough soda I get horrible headaches, sick to my stomach, very cranky and bad jitters!!! Please stop and drink water that's what your body needs not all that other crap! trust me i've been drinking a 12 pack a day for nearly 30 years stop while you can!!!

In the long run (several years) it can lead to a stroke or heart problems or both. These are life-threatening problems potentially.
