I know I have to watch my salt intake..but like what do I need to do, like what else?

Okay. So flatter stomach=legs raising.
Thighs=Squats. How much?

Here are some tips that have helped me:
1. Do lots of cardio. Weight training is good, but you'll never see those toned muscles unless you do cardio to burn off the layer of fat over them. 25 to 45 minutes a day will help you burn off enough to see results.
2. Eat more fruits and vegetables. Bread and dairy makes you bloat up. Fruits and vegetables, plus protein in moderation, will really detox your system. Take a calcium supplement or get calcium fortified orange or grape juice so you keep your bones healthy.
3. Do lots of lunges and lots of sit ups or teasers. They are probably my least favorite exercises to do, but man do they get great results. Do them fast so you get the cardio benefit.

Flatter stomach - Body crunches, leg raises.
Thighs - squats, lunges and jogging.
You must also watch your diet. Lay off fattening foods.

EDIT!
Do 25 body crunches and immediately afterwards do 25 leg raises. Immediately follow that with 25 squats, followed by 25 lunges. Once your done go for a jog. Choose your distance.
