To put it simply no, you won't get taller just because you eat more, your body grows at a rate you can't exactly control during puberty, and for not hitting a growth spurt that's normal some kids have a more noticibly larger growth spurts while some don't.

you're not that short, 5'7 is prety tall for 13 and once you do hit your growth spurt you're going to put on several inches.
It's not about eating more that will just make you out of shape. It's about what you eat. Stay away from caffein (soda, coffee) that stunts your growth. Eating right always helps.
Oh and people say drink milk but milk isn't as good for you as people think. The hormones make you grow but it also is bad for you

Eating more won't result in you growing taller. However, you do need proper nutrition to reach your full potential. Eat smart and healthily and drink lots of milk, and you should be fine. Avoid alcohol and smoking, since both of these can stunt your growth, and cut back on caffeine. A cup of coffee in the morning won't hurt you, but seven Cokes during a day might.

Listen to you body and eat only the necessary amounts. Don't overeat!
Genes have more to do with how tall you'll be than food. Good eating habits will help, but won't do miracles.
Also, there's nothing wrong with being of below average stature.

Wow you are definitely tall considering your parents' genes. You have a long way to go. You might even reach 6 feet!
Yes, you should definitely eat a lot when you are in your teenage years. Just remember to eat healthy.

Your dads not that short. Mines 5'4 and I'm 5'10.
If you want to grow big then eat a lot during your growing years. No your not gonna get fat unless you have a really slow metabolism.
But already your height is about average so I wouldn't worry.

Drink milk that isn't organic. Cows are fed the growth hormone and drinking milk will probably maximize your height.

Some short parents have taller children....I know this for a fact.
Don't worry.....take care of yourself, and let nature take it's course.
