Muscle weighs more than fat. Think about something besides exercising. Eat healthy. But NEVER diet. You will get the weight back. The rest are on this website.

Hope this helps!!!
P.S. By the way, some people are just over weight automatically. That's how I am. I don't get it. Something is wrong with me! LOL!

You don't lose weight overnight and I know a month seems like a long time, but don't give up. Remember you will be building muscle at the same time, so at first it can seem slow. Focus more on inches lost, then pounds right now. You have to keep it up, and try not to let your heart rate get too high. Learn about how many beats per minute you should be experiencing while in optimum fat burning mode, and keep within that range. Drink plenty of water and don't snack late at night. You'll see results soon enough and you'll be able to keep it off!

If, after another month, you still see no results (which would be highly unlikely) then you may want to see a doctor. There may be something biological going on... like an under active Thyroid.

you should be around 110lbs at 5'2 BUT you've probably plateau'd. any less than 100lbs is a health risk, but, I should try to be helpful, not criticize, so try cutting to a 1200calorie diet, or drinking meal replacment shakes. Also. it's not the weight in numbers that matters. I'm 5'9, I would love to be 145lbs but with the fact that I'd have muscle, and would like more in my arms and stomach, i will never be that because muscle weighs more than fat. 155 will probably be the lowest i can be. You should feel that you look good, and not concentrate on the numbers. Running will strengthen your calf muscles, among others, so possibly, the only way for you to lose more weight, would be to lose muscle.

don't even worry about it. some peoples metabolisms are faster than others, and not everybody is the same. But think outside of all the excercises. How much food do you consume in between this? Do you eat healthy, or would you rather eat junk? don't give up! Losing weight does not happen overnight and hopping on the scale every day doesn't help you either. Not many people lose a lot of weight in a month. Keep it up and good luck. you can do it =)

Congrats on your determination and exercise. Take a look at what you are eating. Granted, now that you've added exercise you'd think you'd be loosing. Don't skip meals, but don't have seconds (you can have generous portions), drink 1 percent milk, don't drink sugar drinks (get used to drinking a lot of water), eat fast food only as a treat, don't eat junk food except as a treat, look carefully at your snacks after dinner--ice cream, cookies and milk, a late night pizza snack should be almost eliminated entirely. When you need a snack make it carrots and apples or other fruits and veggies that you like. Yogurt (Yo Plait) can be a satisfying snack--they have 3 levels of calories, so choose the lower calorie ones. Good luck. Nobody said it was easy.

It could be your diet. What are you eating?? You may need to see a nutritionist.

It could also be your THYROID which is a medical condition and can be treated with specific eating habits and possibly tablets. Your doctor can do a blood test to find out if this is the problem.

Also, remember that muslce is heavier than fat - therefore if you're toning up, you probably ARE losing fat but gaining weight in muscle. Try monitoring your body by taking weekly/fortnightly/monthly measurements of your chest, waist, hips, upper arms & thighs.

and the likeSounds like your getting enough exercise so it's time to take a look at your diet.

It's the fast food and sweet soft drinks that do the damage so while your friends drink coke I suggest you drink fresh fruit juice. Big Mac's are a no-no, have an apple instead. Just about any fresh fruit is OK , have whatever is in season.

No need to starve just sensible eating.

Well your diet is extremely important. Unless you are eating well you won't lose weight cuz you have to have protein to build your muscle mass. Muscle mass allows the body to burn fat faster and if you aren't eating enough your body will go into starvation mode which means it will use your muscle for its energy and it will save the fat stores for later!!!!

How tall are you? If your around 5 foot 11 to 6 that's a good weight.
If not...
Watch what you eat. Eat low fat high fiber. Lot's of fruits and veggies.. and no McDonald's...

Your diet is very important..you should see/ask someone proffesional to know what you should eat. Don't follow cr*p like not eating anything etc, that's bad too.
You can always do sauna, for go to your school gym fitness center, if you have one.
But yeah, it's probably the diet. Remember to read what you eat! I think its 3500 calories you gain a pound..
