no diet will cause you to grow taller than is programmed by your individual genetics. drinking milk will have no effect on your height but it will effect the size of your waist if you are not exercising regularly. an unhealthy diet can impede growth but a caloric excess or extra milk will not cause you to grow beyond the natural genetic potential.

Whole milk is the best milk for health, but nothing will make you taller except time. Vitamins won't help either. Sorry.

I actually used the program that "Skippy" person speaks of. It really does work. That same website, http://www.growtall.pcti-system.com .. I played Women's basketball in college, and I used that to gain a couple in height. A total of 2.5 inches. After that, it seemed to plateau though. I could not gain any more than 2 1/2, no matter how hard I tried. But those inches really gave me an advantage in my games. Well worth it.
